But again as other Comments said before: Do NOT save any Glory. It ruin the Game experience. It so ez to get all in 100, when you not speedrun. You will find of each herb 10 pieces, except for swordthorn, Hunter root and soul lichen (where you will find 9) and bloodcap (7). End even the Game with spare 140k XP.
Best of luck! :)
Also thanks to Rommers for giving some alternative ways of completing some of the achieves :)
This allows you to "farm", but still feeling like you are playing a new game. In addition, you can also get the other ending by changing your answers for +/- soul. I first finished the game as a total jerk, Soul 0. Right now I'm around 1900 kills and finishing the game aiming to 100 soul. Still feels like 1 walkthrough.
Besides, I suggest some better spots:
1) Kila East: Once the gate is open, the map becomes full of easy glowing ass spiders and some sand devils. They can be shot easily.
2) Margoloth, The Oracle: Set the game in easy mode and let her spawn spiders all the time you want.
