This is a Walkthrough for StarTrek: The Video Game 2013 That I have played only Once to get all the Items in the Game an I would like to share this with you so you can get them to as well....

T'Mar's Audio Log #1

Once you hack the door to rescue the Vulcan, look to the corner of the room near the hacking station. You'll find your first audio log here.

Vulcan Hypospray

In the same room, look at the window opposite the one near the hacked terminal. A piece of gear over here can be scanned.

Helios Engineering Schematic

When you reach the command center, look at the hologram floating in the center of the room. It can be scanned.

Surok's Audio Log #1

After taking the elevator up to the airlock, look left as you head down the hallway. An audio log sits atop a table here.

Tribble #1

Further down the same hallway is a broken door. Peek through with your scanner to spot the first Tribble on a pyramid-shaped object.

Helios Control Cluster

Once you reach the room where you meet T'Mar, you'll be tasked with reaching the emergency teleporter. As soon as you're back in control of your character, this research item will be directly in front of you.

T'Mar's Audio Log #2

Just to the left of the control cluster is a rolling table. An audio log rests atop it.

NEW VULCAN
Vulcan Planet: Vulcan Desert Grass

Immediately after starting the chapter, look to your left. You'll be able to scan the plant life here.

Vulcan Planet: Vulcan Cactus Cluster

You'll find this just to the left of the grass patch you just scanned.

Vulcan Planet: New Vulcan Avian Scavenger

Just before entering the first building, look up at its roof. This resting creature can be scanned.

Vulcan Planet: Tribble #2

After leaving T'Mar behind, you'll step out onto a bridge. Look to your left to spot this tricky Tribble hiding under the lip of the building.

Vulcan Planet: Vulcan Corpse

Once you step into the Unfinished Tower, there will be several bodies on the floor. Any one can be scanned for this research entry.

Vulcan Planet: Unknown Structural Damage

Along the walls in the first room are several green splotches. You can scan any of these for this research entry.

Vulcan Planet: Unknown Blood Sample

Just before leaving the room, look for a red splotch on the ground that can be scanned.

Vulcan Laboratories Part 1: Helios Device (1 of 3)

Once you enter the Vulcan Laboratories (just after passing the two guard Vulcan), look left around the corner. This device is pressed against the glass.

To the right of the previous Helios Device is a desk with some computer screens. One of those screens can be scanned for the second device.

The final piece can be found in the back of the room where you meet Surok.

As you head with Surok deeper in to the colony, stop after heading through the first door. Tucked behind the desk with the dead Vulcan is another audio log.

Vulcan Laboratories Part 1: Surok's Audio Log #2

After sneaking past the window with the Infected Vulcan, enter the room he's occupying. Take him out, and hack the door at the other end of the room. Through this door is a storage area where you'll find an audio log sitting atop a crate.

Surok's Laboratories: Surok's Audio Log #3

This is found in Surok's Laboratories. When you enter the room with the fire in front of the door, look behind the left desk to find this on the ground.

Surok's Laboratories: T'Mar's Audio Log #4

In the room immediately after the Gorn Brute fight, look left next to the dead Vulcan. This audio log sits beside him.

Vulcan Laboratories Part 2: Unknown Breaching Tool

Just after you acquire Stun Grenades, enter the next room and proceed to the end of the hall. In this area that appears to be wrapped in torn plastic, you'll find a growth you can scan.

Vulcan Laboratories Part 2: Unknown Assault Equipment

Continue until you reach a room with a small fire against the wall. To the right of this is an object you can scan.

Vulcan Laboratories Part 2: Unknown Hacking Tool

In the hallway beyond, look for a flower-like object attached to the wall. This can be scanned.

Now head through the door across from the hacking tool. In here, an audio log sits atop a table.

Vulcan Laboratories Part 2: Surok's Audio Log #4

When crossing the room with the electrified water, make your way to the door that's not marked as your objective. In here, an audio log sits on the floor by a chair.

Vulcan Laboratories Part 2: T'Mar's Audio Log #6

In the next room, you'll be boosted into the ceiling to get inside a locked lab. Look for this audio log on the floor to the right of your entrance.

Vulcan Escape: Surok's Audio Log #5

Once Kirk's leg is healed in the medical bay, look to your right. This audio log sits atop another medical table.

Vulcan Escape: T'par Memorial

When you return to the large open area, look at the spinning rock structure near your entrance. This can be scanned.

In the center of the same room, you'll find this headstone in front of the T'par Memorial. It can be scanned as well.
FRONTIER STARBASE
Arrival: Atmospheric Calibration Unit

Once you step out of the transporter, head forward to the console hub. One of the panels inside the hub can be scanned.

Arrival: Surok's Audio Log #6

Once asked to turn in your weapons, turn left and head through the green door. You'll find this audio log on the table inside.

Arrival: Starbase Command Console

When the ship is attacked, you'll resume control at the helm. The console against the glass can be scanned.

Arrival: Commodore's Chair

Turn around, and you'll also be able to scan the commodore's fancy chair.

Arrival: Daniels' Audio Log #1

During the firefight in the mess hall, head to the top floor. On the same side as the exit door, head to the table at the end of the platform to find another audio log.

Search for a Cure Part 1: Epidermal Analyzer

As you approach the first turret, you'll notice a portion of the hallway blocked by burning debris. Pass the turret, then follow the hallway to the left to make a large u-turn, bringing you to the other side of the burning debris. You'll spot an open doorway by the flames. Just inside, you can scan this object atop a table.

Search for a Cure Part 1: Neurocortical Monitor

Proceed toward freeing Bones (the room with the doors that need prying), but head opposite the doors into the next room. Along the window is another object for scanning.

Search for a Cure Part 1: Osteogenic Stimulator

This can only be obtained once power is restored to the area. One of the newly opened doors leads to a room with several medical chairs (this room can also be reached via the vents in another newly opened room in the middle of the area). On the shelf behind them sits another item ready to be scanned.

Search for a Cure Part 2: Tribble #3

When you reach the biolab, head forward to the large machine with the mine attached to its side. It's possible to scale this machine. Do so to find a Tribble hiding on top.

Search for a Cure Part 2: Walgettian Fire Blossom

Towards the ground level of the biolab, one corner of the room has a broken, flaming pipe. The console next to it can be scanned.

Search for a Cure Part 2: Yolendran Spittle Pods

On the same end of the room, but in the opposite corner from the Fire Blossom is another console you can scan.

Search for a Cure Part 2: Flowering Phistella Sporophyte

Now head to the opposite corner from the Spittle Pods to find a third console to scan.

Search for a Cure Part 2: Daniels' Audio Log #2

As you head down the first hallway toward the shuttle bay, look to your right to spot a green door. Head through and go to the back of the room to find this audio log on a shelf.

Evacuate: Survival Pack Requisition

When you cross the short bridge after the pod crashes, Gorn Rushers will charge at you from a hallway. Take them out and head down that hallway to find this along the wall.

Evacuate: Remote Comms Package Requisition

When you emerge from the hatch on the other side of the burning ship, move toward the large stack of crates near the wreckage. This lies atop that stack.

Now head up the short staircase to the center area (by the red door). An audio log lies atop another crate stack over here.

Evacuate: Compact Medkit Requisition

Once tasked with reaching the power station, leap across the gap and head toward the door by the flames. On the crate next to the fire is another object to scan.

In the center of the ground level, you'll find a door that can be pried open. Do so and head down the hallway to find this atop a crate at the end. Alternatively, you can reach this via the hatch in the back of the room where the Gorn are playing with the door consoles.

Power Station: Starbase Comms Relay

On the walkway in the center of the room (where the Gorn Observer appears) is a console that can be scanned.

In the room where the Gorn are playing with the door consoles (the same ones you need to hack), look to the consoles in the middle of the room. One of them can be scanned.

Power Station: Starbase Power Unit

When you reach the console that needs to be powered before it can be hacked, look up at the screen above it: it can be scanned.

Relay Tower: Daniels' Audio Log #5

After using the ETT to pass the first bit of debris, head to the back right of the following room. This sits atop a desk back here.

To the Rescue: Daniels' Audio Log #6

Once you land in the zero gravity section, proceed forward. In the open room where Gorn Drones attack, you'll find an audio log floating amongst the debris.

To the Rescue: Gorn Weapon Research (1 of 4)

After crossing the room with the flaming floor, you'll find some Starbase crew trapped behind flames. Use your tricorder on the sprinklers above them to clear the way. Head into the newly cleared left doorway and make another left turn to find this stack of papers on the ground just waiting to be scanned.

To the Rescue: Gorn Weapon Research (2 of 4)

Continue until you are attacked by Gorn Drones and Initiates. Just before leaving this room, look to the right of the door to spot another paper stack on the ground.

In the very next room, head straight ahead to find another stack atop a few small stairs.

Soon after, you'll descend some ledges into another large, flaming room where Gorn Drones attack. Just left of your entrance is a broken ramp. Head up it to find one last stack at the end of a hallway.
VOLATILE CARGO
Volatile Cargo Part 1: Bones' Audio Log #1

Chase the loose Gorn Lieutenant until Uhara mentions that it's heading toward the officer's quarters. In the next open room, two officers lie on the floor. This audio log is between them.

Volatile Cargo Part 1: Bones' Audio Log #2

Upon entering the large room, head right to find a large red bench where this audio log rests.

Volatile Cargo Part 2: Uhara's Audio Log #1

From your entrance in the first large room, head up the stairs and into the left corner. In these quarters, an audio log sits atop a table.

Volatile Cargo Part 2: Uhara's Audio Log #2

In the bottom right corner of the room (from your entrance) is a door with a blue panel. Head through to find another audio log atop a desk in these living quarters.

In the same room, there are two large staircases. Take the one heading down (it's under the one heading up) to find this audio log atop a crate.

Volatile Cargo Part 2: Turbolift Repair Kit

Facing the turbolift in the same room, head left through another blue panel door. In here, you can scan a device atop a desk.

Volatile Cargo Part 2: Quarantine Control Console

On the second floor of the same room, a console stands directly above where you entered. It can be scanned for a research entry.

Volatile Cargo Part 2: Bones' Audio Log #3

While making your way through the turbolifts, proceed until you reunite with your partner. Head down the slope and go straight to find and ammo and a med station. This audio log lies on the floor between them.

Volatile Cargo Part 2: Tribble #4

While chasing the Gorn Lieutenant through the hangar, you'll be running along a row of docked ships. Once you reach the final one (just after Scotty informs you of the blood sample analysis), turn around to find this little guy hidden among the crates next to the ship.
GORN PLANET
Errand of Mercy: Sentinel Statue

Immediately to your left upon starting the chapter is a statue you can scan.

Errand of Mercy: Grand Chest

Just past the statue, the path splits. Head up the slope to spot a large chest you can also scan.

Errand of Mercy: Golem Statue

And just past the chest is another large statue ready for scanning.

Continue just a little further to spot a campsite under the overarching rock. A fourth and final statue can be scanned here.

Where No Man Has Gone Before: The Lymax (Part 1 of 3)

Just after clearing the invisible Gorn Scouts, you'll round the bend to a bridge that needs extending. In the grass nearby is a Lymax corpse you can scan.

When you reach the security center, you'll have head into the tunnel below to disable the coolant system. Do so, and head just past the first power cell to find a Lymax in a cage. He can be scanned.

Where No Man Has Gone Before: The Lymax (Part 3 of 3)

Now head to the very back of the security center. You'll find an ammo station and another Lymax floating in a tank. The tank can also be scanned.

The Apple Part 1: Glowflower

After swimming through the first tunnel, you'll squeeze through a narrow passageway in the rock. Immediately on the other side, you'll find this vine ready fro scanning.

The Apple Part 1: Water Cabbage

Just past the glowflower is another tunnel you'll need to swim through. Once you dive in, swim to the bottom to find these plants that can be scanned below.

The Apple Part 1: Stalactites

After swimming through the second, longer water tunnel, you'll surface near some large stalactites. These can be scanned.

The Apple Part 1: Crystal Formation

Shortly after you encounter the dogs, you'll scale a tall rock wall and reach a large chasm (you'll know you're there when Kirk wonders aloud if they can cross it). The rock formation directly in front of your entrance can be scanned.

After Kirk sees the enslaved Lymax, you'll cross a thin bridge. Once across, head up the next flight of stairs and turn right. This lies atop a crate in the back of the area.

Extend the bridge in front of the doorway nearby and cross. In the back of this small area, you'll find another instrument.

Make your way toward complex until you reach a turret guarding the entrance. Move past it to find this next research item atop a crate.

The Apple Part 2: Tribble #5

Near the last instrument is a teleporter. Use it to reach a high ledge with some flame jets. Pass them or hack them to reach a small alcove where this little guy is hiding.

Once you enter the complex proper, hack the door straight ahead to unlock it. Enter the room beyond and look left to find this next to a chest.

The Apple Part 3: Instruments of Pain (1 of 2)

When you reach the prison section, you'll have two objective markers. Head to the one straight ahead. Look left in this holding cell to find this tool next to a Lymax corpse.

The Apple Part 3: Crewmember Audio Log

Now head to the second marker. In this cell, you'll find an audio log in the hands of a dead crew member.

You'll then be given a new marker. Follow it, but head straight instead of turning left at the fork. Hack the door and enter. Turn right to find another audio log atop a crate.

The Apple Part 3: Instruments of Pain (2 of 2)

In the following area, you'll spot Commodore Daniels in a cell. There are two doors on the left side of the room that let you sneak to the other end. Head through those doors to find some crates. This instrument sits atop one of them.

Immediately after landing in the Enterprise, turn around. Step forward and look to the right to spot this audio log next to a console.

Just before exiting the first hallway, another item sits atop a crate.

Immediately after heading through the first door, look down and to the right to spot another audio log on the floor.

Just before leaving the same room, look for this piece of tech on a chair.

Once in the room with the large pipes, follow the path from the terminal. After two quick right turns, you'll spot this audio log on the ground next to some boxes.

Just before leaving the pipe room, look at the foot of the terminal to spot the final tech piece.

Taking Back the Ship: Scotty's Audio Log #1

You'll quickly enter a large room with two turrets and several Gorn. From your entrance, head to the back left corner. This audio log rests atop some crates.

Taking Back the Ship Part 2: Sulu's Audio Log #2

Once back in control, unlock the door and head straight ahead through the next one, ignoring the objective marker to your left. In the next room, an audio log lies atop a stack of crates near the staircase.

Head down said staircase and turn right. The computer here can be scanned.

Now proceed into the large area you need to clear of Gorn. The massive pipes that run through the center of the room can be scanned.

On one end of the large room (the end where the Gorn actually spawn), is a large column. It can also be scanned.

Once you head to the upper floor, this computer will be in the first room. Guess what? You can scan it.

Upon entering the large room with the Gorn that need clearing, head to the left side of the cores. There are some terminals over here that can be scanned.

Now head to the second level of the room. In the center is another terminal to be scanned.

On the same level, make your way to the booth above where you entered the area. Tucked into one of the corners is another audio log.

Spread the Cure: Sickbay Equipment

Proceed until you are tasked with powering the lights. Head through the hallways toward your objective marker until you come to a fork with your marker on the left (a jammed door will be directly in front of you). Turn right to find a medical chair; the device behind it can be scanned.

Spread the Cure: Scotty's Audio Log #3

Once you restore power to the area, you can access a room next to the power supply on the upper level. The door next to the room where you turned on the upper power supply can now be unlocked. Do so to find an audio log on a desk inside.

Spread the Cure: Sickbay Gurney

When you return to the sickbay floor, make a right immediately after prying open the doors to find an infirmary. You can scan the gurney in the center of the room.

Near the gurney, you'll find an audio log atop a desk.

Spread the Cure: Tribble #6

In the same room, unlock the door in the back corner. In this small storage area, you'll find another Tribble.

Spread the Cure Part 2: Sulu's Audio Log #3

When you reach the red hallway with flames at the end, take the first left. You'll find an audio log on a stand in this small room.
MOTHERSHIP
Punch a Hole: Gorn Metal (1 of 2)

As soon as you land in the mothership's hull, turn around. The large wire outside can be scanned.

Punch a Hole: Gorn Metal (2 of 2)

Just past the security camera are two triangular objects. These too can be scanned.

At the end of the same hallway, move left to the edge of the balcony. You'll spot a large chunk of debris that can also be scanned.

After Scotty asks you to disable the ship's weapons, you'll enter a long room with a security camera in the center. Stick to the right side of the room and enter the hatch just past said security camera. Down here, you'll find another piece of research data.

At the end of the room, ignore your marker to the left and instead head through the door straight ahead. In this large, mostly empty room, the console to your left can be scanned.

In the same room, head to the back right corner to spot this little guy just hanging out.

Return to the long room and proceed toward your objective. Just before leaving the room, scan the console under the second security camera.

In the very next room, follow the path to the left, but unlock and take the first door on the right. In here, a Gorn is using a console that can be scanned.

After crossing the room with the large, climbable columns, you'll come to a hallway (where Spock talks about the Gorn's genetic enhancement). A containment unit across the gap in the middle of the room can be canned.

In the very next room, make an immediate right. The large object on the wall here can be scanned.

Sabotage: Gorn Advanced Tech (1 of 2)

The large supercomputer must be disabled, but it can also be scanned.

The game's final piece of research data can be scanned when you proceed to the core. After destroying the supercomputer, head through the teleporter and turn around. This console can be scanned.
