Introduction

After reading an easy way to farm for Unfriendly Fire achievement here[www.playstationtrophies.org], i decided to make an AutoHotkey[autohotkey.com] script for it.

Based on the AutoHotkey website,

AutoHotkey (AHK) is a free, open-source macro-creation and automation software for Windows that allows users to automate repetitive tasks. It is driven by a scripting language that was initially aimed at providing keyboard shortcuts, otherwise known as hotkeys, that over time evolved into a full-fledged scripting language. I'm too lazy to upload the compiled version so you have to install AutoHotkey to use this script.

Use at your own risk.

The Script

If you are new to AutoHotkey, you just need to copy and paste this code in a notepad and save it with an .ahk extension (ex: unfriendlyfire.ahk). Make sure that it has .ahk extension instead of .txt. You can change the setting in Windows here[support.microsoft.com].

Basically, this script will press Q and spam left button which can be toggled with F8.
If you change your Grab and Attack key, you might want to either change your setting to the default one or change Q and Left in the script above with the key you have changed.

Utilizing the Script

Load Level 8, Darque Nights, and go all the way to the last area.
Move to the left corner (facing the right side) and press F8.

Just wait for a minutes/hours depending on your how many Darques you need to slay.

Thanks for the script, it will spare me the trouble of mindlessly grinding the kills manually. Regarding the problem with being killed, MrAntifun's trainer will make short work of that.

@Gvi: maybe, but i'm not really sure either since i haven't checked it yet. i really should stop being lazy and check it out, haha.

@Wynerros: i used it and i didn't get a ban, so i guess the script is safe. you might want to check if it's working or not first though. i haven't really did any test when Gvi said that some monsters will still get pass through you when you stick to the wall.

they do it if I do it with they script/manually, glued to the wall/a bit apart from it, pointing sword to the sky/horizontally/45 degree. I think it's just a bit of game glitch thingy, you know how sometimes enemies run from backfround to fight you, but stop before reaching and start shooting, they can hit you and you can do nothing about it, guess same here with darques charges.

@Gvi: hmm i don't really have the save game anymore so i can't really check it out. is it working if you did it manually? i'm sure they'll get past the blade if you're not leaning close to the wall, which might happen if you didn't return to the wall after the attack (by pressing left in the script).

@Gvi: hmm that's weird. i didn't see any updates for the game though. have you tried to stand closer against the wall? i'm not really sure if that'll work though since i kinda forgot about their behaviour.

idk, they probably changed smth, but darques charge now somehow gets past your blade and they kill you from behind, or jsut standing in you
