Optimizing Treasuries
One of the first things you'll notice in Dungeons 2, is the importance of gold.
You need it to create rooms, add things to rooms, hire units and pay them on payday and more.

Generally finding gold is easy, in every level and skimrish map there is more than enough gold for you to use. However, optimizing your workers to transport gold is just as important as finding it in the first place.

So you should always build Treasuries!
I dont mean 1, I mean multiple.
Often I build treasuries in spider caves, around every semi-infinite gold vien and every infinite Gem vien.

Don't forget to also build 1 or 2 treasuries just in areas around your dungeon just incase you need to expand your dungeon and there happens to be gold there. This will allow your workers to quickly transport the gold and come back to finish mining, otherwise your workers will spend forever moving back and fourth and you wont get alot of work done.
Hospitals
Hospitals are an extremly important room, during both early and late game.
As you know, they heal units via beds that you build.

However, I like to build quite large hospitals, this is so I can build a decent amount of defribimats. I usually build atleast 6.

Ofcoarse it requires alot of gold, however once you build them and upgrade them via the workshop to revieve faster, they become extremly overpowered.

Once I have them built, I send around 12 units to the surface to fight and I couldnt give a damn if they died, because I know they'd all be quickly revieved, with the same amount of levels and XP after 5 minutes, they all are ready to be sent to fight again.
Traps
Traps.
Traps if used correctly can be your most best defence.
One common set up I use is this below:

As you can see, it's a bunch of improved thraher traps with 3 chest all in between them.
This results in enemies rusing forward after seeing the chests, getting severly damaged by the thrashers and getting blown up by the chest after hitting.

After I make a set up like this at an entrace, I generally don't have to send any units there to take care of them.
If there's a bard, Ill usually just lighting spell him to death.
Units
Im going to explain what type of units I personally I prefer during the game.

Level 1 Throne Room
During this stage, devolopment is most important.
I usually have 8-9 worker, for quick devolopment.
1-2 goblins for workshop.
1-2 naga to mine Mana so I can upgrade my population cap.
And 3-4 orcs for those early attackers

Level 2 Throne Room
Same amount of workers as before, no need for too many.
3 Goblins usually.
4 Naga, all Upgraded to the healers.
5-6 Orcs upgraded to cheiftans.

Level 3 Throne Room
Same amount of workers, maybe 1 or 2 more to work an expanded brewery.
3 Goblins as before.
5 Naga, 3 Healers, 2 Medusas.
8-10 Orcs, usually I have 2-3 As cheftans for their abilities and the rest as Orc Iron Hide.
2 trolls.
Conclusion
And that's the end of the guide.
If you have your own tips or believe I missed something feel free to let me know!
Dont hesitate to also suggest ideas for new sections.

It's typically better to get a Chaos forge and at least one troll up as soon as possible. The 10% damage and .5 armor from the free upgrades is nothing to scoff at, all the other upgrades, and Trolls have the most base HP and Highest base damage in the game
