The only that'd be useful to bring is emetic poison, though you can just find this in the parlour anyway, so it's unneeded.

Once you spawn in, head right up the stairs to your right and listen in on the phone conversation Lafayette, the man in the brown has. After he's done, follow the waiter in the ice cream parlour to walk down the stairs near the dumpster, knock him out, take his clothes. If you didn't bring it yourself there's some in the ice cream parlour near the old chef. Poison the drink that Lafayette drinks occassionally. Once he drinks it, follow him in the bathroom and knock him out, take his clothes. If you don't wanna get frisked at the mansion entrance, go through the ICA safehouse, which also gives you a good position to shoot the camera in the area.

Now that you're in the mansion, talk to the butler and he'll lead you to Caruso's room. Sit through the whole therapy session and wait until Caruso leaves. Once he leaves, go to the attic through a room on the right side of the therapists chair, and grab a propane tank in the attic. Wait by the fireplace on the right of the way you came (it's a good idea to use intsinct to tell where they are). Once De Santis and Caruso are talking, throw the propane tank down. They'll both explode and no one else will die.

Of course, the poisoning for every charcter. Poisoning Caruso is pretty easy though. One of the first things you'll hear if you walk forward from your spawn is some girl arguing with a guy on the top floor balcony. Go into that guys house, take his keycard and chefs uniform, if you don't have a lockpick to get in, then go through the ICA safehouse on the second floor and go through the balcony. I wouldn't recommenend ever using the front gate of the mansion, since it requires a frisk, instead just use the keycard to go through the staff entrance, or go in from the safehouse roof. Once you're in there talk to the old cook, who'll tell you to make some sauce for the food. Make the food and mix in lethal poison, or emetic poison, or expired spaghetti sauce from the pantry if you don't have either, which has the effects of emetic poison. Once you're done ring the dinner bell and wait. If you used emetic poison or the expired sauce, I'd recommend running past the table he eats at so you can get to him when he throws up easier (his guards can see through your disguise). Once he starts throwing up over the cliff just kick him off, it counts as an accident so no one cares.

Pretty easy one. Just wait in the dining room until he walks under one, release it. That's it.

Another pretty easy one. Go outside the town and knock out a delivery guy, take his clothes, and enter the mansion. Talk to the butler and he'll lead you to Caruso's mother's grave. Hide in the box and wait until Caruso comes and finishes arguing with his guards. Wait until he's alone and kill him. You can also knock him out, put him in a wood chipper and shred his body.

Yeah, yeah, the poison one. You'll actually need at least one emetic poison and another lethal/emetic poison for the target. In the back of the backyard there's a golf coach in green clothing. Wait until he turns away and use emetic poison on his water bottle. When he drinks it, follow him into Francesca's room and knock him out. Be careful, as there is a guard who can walk by the bathroom window and see you do it. Once you've taken his clothes, take his phone, call De Santis, poison her drink, sit in the chair, and wait. If you used emetic poison then she'll go over to her bathroom to throw up where you can drown her.

This one's easy but can be annoying to actually get to. You have to get on the top floor of the mansion, with a guard disguise and the area is heavily guarded by guards who can see through you. The best way to do this method is to start as a guard on the top floor. Once you're upstairs, there's a lemon tree on the outside area, go through the window under the metal staircase and take the screwdriver, use it to loosen the wire, turn on the water and wait.

This method is incredibly tedious it feels, so I'd really only do it for the challenge, really. But it does provide you with an easy kill. In the alley like areas connecting the church area to the mansion entrance, there's a man sleeping on a bench. Wake him up by turning on the radio on the barrel and he'll walk off. Follow right behind him (he can see through every disgusie though, even your suit somehow, so be careful). A good place to subdue him is when he walks through a tunnel pretty close to the bench. Once you get his clothes, call Francesca using his phone, and go wait at the pier. Once she arrives, she'll lead you into a tunnel. Wait until she finishes talking to you, when she turns around kill her and hide her body in the dumpster.

After you destroy the virus (guide for that in the next section), De Santis will come down into the virus room to look at it. You need a scientist disguise, once you have one, go to the platform in front of the virus and after it's destroyed, turn on the ventilation. Wait until De Santis enters the room, and then turn it back off. She'll just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ die.

It doesn't matter if you do this before or after killing the targets, I prefer to do it after but that's just me.

This is normally the method I use. If you want to do this method, do this before anything else, since it's time based and the scientist at the church will leave eventually.
You have to hide in the church morgue, which you'll need the priests key, or a lockpick to get in. Once you're in, lay down across from the dead scientist, and wait for a female scientist to walk in. Once she's turned around, knock her out, take the dongle, keycard and dead scientist's clothes. Once you're in the lab, the laptop to enter the dongle is on top of one of the buildings in the lab. Just enter it in and the virus dies

Just shoot it. Bullets can go through the outside glass so you can be across the lab and shoot it.

For this one you actually need to get in the room with the virus. Outisde the entrance to the virus room there are hazmat suits, take one or you'll ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ die when you go in. Now that you're in, override the computer one side of the room, and destroy the arm on the other side to destract the two guys. Once they're out of the way, just go up to the virus, overheat it and leave.
