Como: Arreglar Fallout 3 (spanish version).

Localize y abra el archivo FALLOUT (sin extensión) en su ordenador. En Windows7 este se encuentra en la siguiente ubicación:
C:\Users\TuNombreDeUsuario\Documents\My Games\Fallout3\FALLOUT
Busque dentro del archivo la siguiente línea:
bUseThreadedAI = 0
sustituya el número 0 por 1, la línea quedará como se muestra a continuación:
bUseThreadedAI = 1
Añade una línea nueva detrás de la que has cambiado e introduce lo siguiente:
iNumHWThreads = 1

Nota: En caso de que no logres hacer funcionar el juego, cambia el valor de "iNumHWThreads = 1" de 1 a 2, y prueba otra vez, este valor funciona mejor que el anterior para algunas configuraciones de ordenadores.

Con estos cambios la mayoría de problemas que da el juego al ser ejecutado mediante Steam en los ordenadores más modernos dejarán de producirse, no obstante, cambiar de aplicación en Windows desde dentro de Fallout, usando la combinación de teclas “Alt + Tab”, aún ocasionará que el juego se congele.

Locate and open in your computer the file FALLOUT (no extension). In Windows7 this is found in the following path inside your machine:
C:\ Users\YourUserName\Documents\My Games\Fallout3\FALLOUT
Look inside the file for the following line:
bUseThreadedAI = 0
Replace the number 0 with 1, the line will be as shown below:
bUseThreadedAI = 1
Add a new line after the one you have changed and enter the following:
iNumHWThreads = 1

Tip: If you still can not run the game, change the value of "iNumHWThreads = 1" from 1 to 2, and test again, this value works better than the previous used for some computer configurations.

With these changes, most of the problems that gives the game to be executed across Steam in the most modern computers will be resolved, nevertheless, it will keep on freezing if we change application in Windows using the key combination "ALt + Tab".
