Introduction
Welcome to my guide.

If you are reading this, I'm assuming that you're trying to find a simple/fast way of getting all 136 achievements in Major/Minor. While its a good game, playing it five times (the minimum number of playthroughs needed without save scumming) can take a long amount of time to do and there's no guarantee that you will get them all. Therefore, here's a road map that could help you plan your playthroughs in such a way that your achievement hunt is less painful than it should.

Out of all achievements, 60 are story-based and you won't miss them. This guide is not about them and they will not be mentioned. As for the rest, they depend either on decisions you take in that moment, or decisions you took one or more chapters back; and this guide is organized in such a way that getting all this "Consequence" achievements comes as easily and natural as possible.

While this might not be the most optimal road map, it's the one I followed and seems to do its job well (took me only 7 hours to get all achievements, though I skipped all dialogue) but do note, however, that this guide is meant for people that have yet to play the game.

If you already have a few achievements, it might be better if you instead check BluePaw's Achievement Guide along with Choice and Consequence to get the ones you're missing. After all, you could get most, if not all, of your missing achievements in 1-2 playthroughs instead of having to play the three complete playthroughs that you'll need if you just follow this guide (in fact, I could help you with that if you seem to have any troubles).
Guide Format
Given that some choices have a multi-chapter chain of consequences, this guide will be divided in three playthroughs: one regular ending playthrough, one true ending playthrough, and one clean-up playthrough.

In the first one we won't go for any special, long achievements, but we will tackle the most complex subplot in the game: Eclair's. While we won't go throughout all of its possible options, we'll need one save to get both outcomes of what happens after you tell her to pursue with her relationship. That'll mean backtracking half of chapter to see both of them, but it'll be the only time we have to do that in this playthrough.

In the second one we will go for two of the longest multi-chapter achievements ("Belated" and "What a Wonderful World") while also shooting for the true ending. Due to the nature of Belated and the two possible endings, we will need two saves in order to do the less backtracking possible later on (thankfully, neither Save requires you to advance as much as Eclair's route in the previous playthrough).

Last, but not least, in our final walkthrough we'll focus on getting all the other achievements we missed. Most important of all, we'll be going for "Lost Potential" which means that there will be no saves, or savescreen, until almost at the end of chapter 9. Since most choices will be irrelevant thanks to getting the related achievements in the other two playthroughs, you can go for other achievements in this one in case you missed them in any of the other two (you can even get the true ending and "What a Wonderful World", though going for the latter would mean missing "Cold Exterior").

As for the guide itself, it will be presented in the following way:
  • Since this guide will cover every non-story achievement, expect some Spoilers. If you want to avoid them, you can play on your own and only come back once you get a question to see how you're supposed to answer.
  • "Bolded options or text" are choices/actions you HAVE to take for this playthrough in order to get all of its achievements.
  • "Italicized options or text" are choices/actions that are OPTIONAL for this playthrough. They are mostly used for Roleplaying purposes (as they make sense given the character/route you're taking) or for skipping text, but you are free to pick another option if you want.
  • Every playthrough will be divided by chapters and the choices you have to make in each one of them, along with the achievements you'll get in the order they'll pop-up. (What triggers them will be obvious after you watch the corresponding scene, but you can always see Bluepaw's Achievement Guide if you want a better explanation).
  • Chapters marked as with a letter, such as "1a", are variations after a save. Make sure to get all related achievements before backtracking, and to not overwrite the save that leads to them until you've covered all branches (so as to avoid having to do further playthroughs).
  • At the start of every chapter, there might be notes regarding some of the choices we are going to make and/or the route we will be taking. It's not necessary to read them, but do as you see fit.
First Playthrough (1 Mandatory Save + 1 Optional Save)
Chapter 1
For this playthrough, we're going to go for the Eclair route. Since you can't get positive affection with Rook by taking this route, most early options don't matter though we'll go for the "bad" options just to see what they do.

Name your character whatever you want

Rook asks you if you'll be on time: I can't say for sure.

Kila asks your reason for coming to Japan: Well, I won a contest.

Kila asks you if you want to go to a Maid Cafe: I'd love to go to one.

Kila wonders what to do after Eclair leaves: I'll go talk to her

Chapter 2
No choice is important in this chapter, though we are going to answer the personality quiz in a way that makes sense for this playthrough. However, you should try getting at least 2 of the achievements related to Reiyo's questions. Remember, there are 4 possible questions and only 3 playthroughs, the last of which can't have saves, so get as many as you can/want.

Note: Pressing F5 restarts the game, so you can easily get all 4 achievements by choosing one answer, restarting, and then going for another (thanks to Tigra Watanabe).

Reiyo asks you to come with him: Don't grab his hand.

Assuming you went for 2 questions and are doing them in order:

Immigration form:
Female
Follower
Skeptic
Attacker
For the greater good
Long and safe
I prefer being alone

Chapter 3
The guild choice is not important since you still can get the True Ending in the next playthrough by choosing the Assassins, but we are picking them in this playthrough just to have a few more flags in the next one.

Who do you side with?: Endymion and Konrad

Chapter 4
We'll be going with Acheron just to shorten the amount of dialogue in Chapter 8 and the last playthrough, but you could also side with Shock in this one and go with Acheron in the last one if you want. Since we are doing Eclair's route, her option is obvious.

Who should you hang out to pass time?: Acheron

What do you want to ask Acheron? The Text Messages

Do you prefer people or weapons? The real thing

Eclair asks you if her reasons for coming make her a bad person: No, it doesn't

Do you think people can make up?: It's possible

Chapter 5
Acheron's question is not important, since we are not getting What a Wonderful World and we're resetting his Affection points anyway. As for the door, it makes more sense to listen in now than in further playthroughs. All other achievements are dependent on the choices in previous chapters.

Did Acheron go too far?: You were out of line

You hear voices coming from Singe's office: Listen for a few moments

Chapter 6
While resetting Acheron's affection is not important, it'll make Chapter 8 shorter. More importantly, though, this is the point where you'll have to get a Save to get one extra achievement in Chapter 7 without having to do another playthrough. So, remember to save after answering Inumi's questions.

Acheron has doubts after the past events: You can stay, you're still useful

Acheron doesn't know who to protect: Keep an eye on everybody. Alternate frequently

Acheron is shocked about the changes in rooms and weapons: They would have moved the weapons anyway

Do you trust Acheron?: Remain Silent

Inumi looks uncomfortable: We're safer in a group setting

To start a conversation with Inumi: Tell me more about your brother

SAVE YOUR GAME

Chapter 7a
Technically still Chapter 6, but we are going to Chapter 7 until we get Eclair's achievement.

Who do you choose?: Save Kila

Do you forgive Reiyo?: No. I can't trust you again

Return to your Chapter 6 save

Chapter 7b
You can now overwrite your save if you want. We will forgive Reiyo just to get "Stuck on Repeat" on this playthrough and make the next one slightly shorter.

Who do you choose?: Save Rook

Do you forgive Reiyo?: I forgive you, Reiyo

Chapter 8
No important options on this chapter, so just enjoy the scenes.

Will you bring Kila back?: Remain Silent

Chapter 9
Who you go to castle is not important, but we will be picking Konrad since we took the Assassin's route earlier on. Whoever you pick, however, make sure you get both achievements to make your last playthrough easier.

Who do you pick to the ball?: Konrad

Should you see the King now, or ask Konrad to the ball?: Let's go check out the ballroom

Followed by: May I have this dance?

Chapter 10
No choice but to take the regular ending.

Make sure to stay all the way after the credits until you finally get...

Second Playthrough (2 Mandatory Saves + 1 Optional Save)
Chapter 1
For this one, we're going for the True End, Belated, and What a Wonderful World Achievements. However, we'll need a Save in this chapter to avoid having to do one more playthrough for A Bearable Present (Kila).

Name your character Exodus

Rook asks you if you'll be on time: Not much longer now!.

Kila asks your reason for coming to Japan: Sorry, I can't say why I'm here.

Kila asks you if you want to go to a Maid Cafe: They aren't really my thing.

After exiting the limo, SAVE YOUR GAME (though any earlier save also works).

Chapter 1a
Minor detour to get one achievement. If you don't get it now, you'd need another playthrough to get it (not that it'd be that bad, given how close you are to the beginning).

What should you do with the toy?: Give it to Kila

Return to your previous save

Chapter 1b
You can now overwrite your previous save. We need Rook to get the bear for the Belated achievement in a few chapters.

What should you do with the toy?: Give it to Rook

After Rook leaves: I'm gonna go meet with Jade

Rook starts crying, what do you tell him?: I like you, Rook

Chapter 2
Unlike in the previous playthrough, you have one choice that matters in this chapter: being a Leader. Outside that, no other choice matters but try to make sure and have the achievements for at least 3 of Reiyo's questions (since on your next playthrough you can only get one of them).

Note: Pressing F5 restarts the game, so you can easily get all the missing achievements from Reiyo's question by choosing one answer, restarting, and then going for another (thanks to Tigra Watanabe).

Reiyo asks you to come with him: Don't grab his hand.

Assuming you went for 2 questions and are doing them in order:

Immigration form:
Male
Leader
Trust Easily
Defender
Not a Killer
Short and Risky
I like having others around

Chapter 3
Just like in the previous playthrough, neither guild is actually important. You can get the True Ending with both of them, though going for the Mercenaries gives you more points and complements your achievements if you went for the Assassins in the previous one. Just make sure you pick the opposite from the one in your previous playthrough and everything will be okay.

Who do you side with?: Kila and Righty

Phidget asks you about his mother: You'll see your mother again

Chapter 4
Since we're going for What a Wonderful World, our only option is to side with Rocker.

Who should you hang out to pass time?: Shock and Rocker

When it comes time to pick sides: Side with Rocker

What did you think about Jade's theory?: You believed her

Chapter 5
Acheron's question now matters since it's his only Affection point before Chapter 8. As for the door, you already know what they are talking about so the choice is obvious.

Did Acheron go too far?: You were not in the wrong

You hear voices coming from Singe's office: Walk inside for the meeting

Chapter 6
Inumi's questions now matter to get his Affection point, same case with Shock's. However, we are not getting anything new from Reiyo, so we'll keep his at 0 to shorten his Chapter 9 conversation.

Why did you follow Shock?: I wanted to know how you're feeling

Followed by: Yes. Do what makes you happy

After Shock's findings, what do you think about Acheron?: I still trust Acheron to protect us

Inumi looks uncomfortable: I'm going to keep you safe, Inumi

To start a conversation with Inumi: Tell me about yourself, Inumi

Who do you choose?: Save Kila

Do you forgive Reiyo?: No. I can't trust you again

Chapter 7
No options in this chapter. Just enjoy your achievements.

Chapter 8
Only one option and it's not really important, unless you're on the Assassin's route. If you did everything right, What a Wonderful World should pop-up after Rook's scene.

Will you bring Rook back?: I'll bring him back

Chapter 9
Same as in the previous playthrough, who you go to castle is not important, but we will be picking Sam this time. Whoever you pick, however, make sure you get both achievements as you only have one more playthrough and no saves are allowed before this option. Also, we'll go up until the last save point before splitting again and getting both endings.

Who do you pick to the ball?: Sam

Should you see the King now, or ask Sam to the ball?: Let's go check out the ballroom

Followed by: Sure, I'd love to dance.

After exiting the Launching pad, SAVE YOUR GAME (though any earlier save also works).

Chapter 10a
Regular Ending. You can go back to your previous save after getting all achievements, but I'd recommend that you see the whole ending if this is your first time doing this route.

What reality do you choose to create?: Close off the Earth and Terra

Chapter 10b
True Ending. You could still get it in your next playthrough, but why wait?

What reality do you choose to create?: Restore Worlds and Open Connections

Make sure to stay all the way after the credits until you finally get...

Final Playthrough (No Saves)
Before you start
Unlike the other two playthroughs, for this one only the necessary choices wil be included (be it because they are tied to achievements or because they shorten dialogue one way or another). That means that you can skip most of the dialogue without any worries and make this easier than it should, or go for some of the achievements you could not get in either of the previous playthroughs (with the True Ending and, potentially, What a Wonderful World also being available).

However, remember that you are not allowed to save or go to the savescreen at any point of the game until you get the "Lost Potential" achievement near the end of the game, so take care to not miss any of the required options, make sure you have a good internet connection, and take into consideration that this will be 2-3 hours straight of gameplay without any pause (assuming you are skipping all dialogue).

Chapter 1
We'll be going Eclair's route, while getting two more achievements in the way. Remember, No Saves are allowed on this playthrough until Chapter 9.

Name your character Klace

Kila asks you if you want to go to a Maid Cafe: I'd love to go to one.

Kila wonders what to do after Eclair leaves: I think we should leave

Chapter 2
As always, choices in this chapter don't matter. However, if you're still missing at least one achievement for Reiyo's questions, make sure to pick that option (since no saves are allowed, you'd need a new playthrough if you're still missing any).

Reiyo asks you to come with him: Grab his hand.

Chapter 3
Guild is unimportant, but we will be picking Assassins for shorter dialogue.

Who do you side with?: Endymion and Konrad

Chapter 4
Either go with Acheron or side with Shock (whatever option you didn't pick in your first playthrough). Telling Eclair to move on will put us back on Jade's route, which we need for the last few achievements.

Who should you hang out to pass time?: Shock and Rocker

When it comes time to pick sides: Side with Shock

Eclair asks you if her reasons for coming make her a bad person: Yes it does

Do you think people can make up?: It's a lost cause

Chapter 5
No important choices, though you shorten the game by not listening the conversation and keeping Acheron's affection at 0.

Did Acheron go too far?: You were out of line

You hear voices coming from Singe's office: Walk inside for the meeting

Chapter 6
Two important choice. You will be getting Shock's Chapter 8 conversation if you sided with him in Chapter 4, so what you answer to him is irrelevant unless you're going for the True Ending. As for Inumi, answer correctly if going for the True Ending, or don't if you want to shorten your Chapter 8 conversation.

Who do you choose?: Save Rook

Do you forgive Reiyo?: I forgive you, Reiyo

Chapter 7
No options possible. Two more achievements and we are done.

Chapter 8
No choices matter unless you're going for the True Ending.

Chapter 9
Finally, the chapter we were waiting for. You'll finally be able to save after your conversation with Reiyo, though it barely makes any difference at this point in the game. We are going with Konrad just because.

Who do you pick to the ball?: Konrad

Should you see the King now, or ask Konrad to the ball?: Well -- I'm off to Velasquez

Chapter 10
In case you got enough flags for the True End, go for the Regular one for your last achievement.

End of Guide
First and foremost, I'd like to thank BluePaw for his "Achievement" and "Choice and Consequence" guides. You're the real MVP here.

Second, I'd like to thank Klace for creating this game and good luck in your future endeavors.

Hope you found this guide useful, and don't forget to leave a comment if you found any mistake or know a better way to get every achievement (both when it comes to time and complexity).

Until next time!

Hey. I lost my old channel over something that, even though it was supposedly was corrected, never ended up getting my channel restored. As a result, I've had to make a new channel, and I'm restarting my Let's Play of Major/Minor. I'm going to be including a link to your roadmap here, just as I was doing before. The first episode airs on Saturday, though episodes 1-7, if you saw them when they were up before, are the same as they were on the previous channel. You can find me under the name Bobby Thornbody still though.

Aloha! I wanted to pass something along. I have a YouTube channel that I do a lot of Let's Play stuff on, and decided to start a Let's Play of Major/Minor. The first part is going to air on 2/26. The reason I'm sharing this though, is because I'm using your Achievement Roadmap as a guide for it, so that those who view it know how to get all the achievements. A link to this page will be placed in the description of every Let's Play part as it airs, which will be every Saturday at noon from that day onward. If you wan tto check it out, just search Bobby Thornbody on Youtube and you should find me. Most of my Let's Play stuff is done with me as my audio story character.

Not sure if maybe they might have changed the script after I made this. Will try replaying it and see if it's the case. Let me know if you find other cases like this.

Confusing part, you wrote one of the options as "Killer" so i chose "I prefer not to be a killer" but i think you meant we should choose the option "For the greater good!"

Theres an easyer way for the four Questions you can ask Reiyo.
Siple ask the first Question and press F5 after the Achivement.
Reload the Save you have made before the Questions and repeat until you have ask all four Questions, then continue the Story.
