Welcome to my Walkthrough and 100% achievements guide! This is going to be a simple guide, heavily based on the official developer walkthrough and the achievements guide posted here and here.

The guide will be separated in parts, each part unlocks a story related achievement.

• Grab the Scalpel from table
  
• Use the Scalpel on the figure in suit
  
• Access the Scanner Terminal
  
• Click on the red button to activate the scanner
  
• Run to the bed so that the scanner detects you
  
• Access the Control Terminal
  
• Click "Engage" to activate the Arm

THE FACILITY
Progress

• Click on the floor gap

• Click on the glint by the fire to pick up the Mangled Scalpel
  
• Go to the room on the left (circular door)

• Pick up the Sealed Protein Powder on the altar next to the crucifix

• Click on the right ledge and climb up to the Destroyed Fetal Extraction Room

• Combine the Mangled Scalpel with the Sealed Protein Canister
  
• Use the Open Protein Canister on the Arm Control Terminal
  
• Enter in the keycode now highlighted by the finger prints (Combination is RNG)
  
• Click "Calibrate Servos" to shake the arm and grant access to the Blade in the Crawl Space
  
• Note: Read the terminal reports and take note of the unlock code for the PDT Room (4 symbols)

• Grab the exposed Blade
  
• Use the Blade on the exposed insulation on the left (pink floor area)
  
• Drop down to the Power Facility

• Talk to Danie
  
• Click on Danie's severed legs to pick up the ID Card
  
• Head back to the Crawl Space, then to the Shrine Room

• Use the ID Card on the Omnitool toolbox to get the Omnitool

• Talk to Danie
  
• Access the Power Terminal
  
• Eject the power core
  
• Use the Omnitool on the ejected power core
  
• Complete the puzzle (clues are on the left side)
  
• Access the Power Terminal
  
• Overload all power breakers to 100%

DANIE
Progress

• Exit the Destroyed Power Facility to the passage on the left

• Head over to where the arrow is pointing:

SECRET ALPHA
Secret

• Access the Terminal (illuminated with an orange glow)
  
• Enter the code for the PDT Printer room – The code you got from the Destroyed Fetal Extraction Room's PDA
  
• Go to the PDT Printer Room Passage

• Click on this location to unlock the second secret achievement:

SECRET BETA
Secret

• Combine the Opened Protein Powder with the ID Card
  
• Use the ID Card Covered in Powder on the Fuse Box
  
• Combine the Omnitool or Blade with the ID Card with Imprint
  
• Use the ID Card Template on the Fuse Box
  
• Open the door and go to the PDT Printer Room

• Read the PDA on the right and take note of the code in the final entry
  
• Also in the PDA, take note of the temperature required to activate the grubs

• Access the Terminal again and use the unlock code from the PDA to unlock the Birthing Lab Nexus
  
• Exit the Annex and enter the Birthing Lab Nexus Passage
  
• Go to the room on the left (Grub Habitat)

• Read the Grub Terminal
  
• Note down the access code at the end of the report to unlock the Crew Facilities door
  
• Note down the humidity required to enable the Grubs

• Access the Terminal and unlock Crew Facilities
  
• Enter the Crew Facilities into the Crew Lounge

• Grab the Stripper Pole
  
• Enter the Crew Annex
  
• Click on the location shown on the screenshot (This is a missable achievement):

SCREAMS
Progress

• Enter Julia Kearns Room (Doorway) and pick up the Blank PDT
  
• Click the safe and pick up the Glossy Photo
  
• Go all the way back to Birthing Lab Nexus

• Enter the room at the end of the passage (Kearn Lab)

KEARN
Progress

• Pick up the Voice Recorder on the floor
  
• Grab the Whip
  
• Combine the Stripper Pole with the Blade
  
• Use the Makeshift Lever on the broken lever, then pull it
  
• Pull the lever next to the previously broken one
  
• Retrieve the Broken PDT from the floating corpse

• Walk to the Stasis Pod
  
• Remove the Cryo Unit from the machine
  
• Exit the Cayne Stasis Room and you'll be on Birthing Lab Nexus Passage again!

CAYNE
Progress

• Return to the PDT Printer Room

• Use the Cryo Unit on the PDT Printer
  
• Use the Broken PDT on the PDT Printer
  
• Use the Blank PDT on the PDT Printer
  
• Print the new PDT

RALPH
Progress

• Click on the elevator to get a missable achievement "Samantha", then head to the Brain Emulaton Labs (most recently unlocked door).

SAMANTHA
Progress

• Pick up the Fire Suppression Canister on the floor

• Use the Voice Recorder on the boombox to capture Joseph's voice and head to the Crew Annex
  
• Use the Fire Suppression Canister on the fire
  
• Climb up the ramp
  
• Click on the overgrown flora to unlock another secret achievement (Where the arrow is pointing)

SECRET GAMMA
Secret

• Enter Joseph Beuno's Room
  
• Use the Voice Recorder - Joseph Beuno on the safe
  
• Use the Glossy Photo on the safe
  
• The big picture will move and a secret doorway will be revealed

GRUBLINA
Progress

• Pick up the Empty Incubation Canister
  
• Use the Whip on Grublina and you'll automatically get the Grublina Milk, ew
  
• Combine the Grublina Milk with Empty Incubation Canister
  
• Go back to the main Annex
  
• Enter the Destroyed Power Facility (the room that we firstly came from)

• Access the destroyed Power Facility Terminal (highlighted by the red glow)
  
• Note down the Area ID of the Grub Habitat
  
• Go back to the Shrine Room (the room with the crucifix and the altar)

• Use the PDT on the Atmosphere Control Terminal
  
• It's time for our last secret achievement! Input these values in the corresponding Area IDs:
  ID: 121 | 40% RH | 65º F (Achievement related)
  ID: 648 | 50% RH | 60º F (Achievement related)
  ID: 668 | 84% TH | 95º F (Story related)
  
• Now exit the Terminal and use the PDT on it again.

SECRET OMEGA
Secret

• It's time to head back to the Grub Habitat (Annex > Birthing Lab Nexus > Grub Habitat)

• Use the Baited Incubation Canister on the Grub Retrieval Platform
  
• Get the Occupied Incubation Canister

FREDDIE
Progress

Go back to the Destroyed Power Facility (where we met Danie)

Use the Occupied Incubation Canister on Danie's dead body

COME TO MAMMA
Progress

Leave the Facility by clicking on the elevator, just like we did when we got the Samantha achievement but due to recent events, Samantha isn't gonna be a problem this time around!
