What is the achievement?

The berserker achievement requires probably the most grinding in this game, it requires you to kill 10.000 enemies, thats right, 10 thousand of them.

Berserker is the achievement that pops up among the last ones while playing, because the kill number is just that high, you might not actually even get it if you dont spend your time farming or grinding for it.

While someone might get this achievement by simply playing, it takes quite a lot of time. Then there are people like me, who finish all the routes, and have barely 5000 kills altogether. So what then? You want to have all the achievements this game offers, but you don´t feel like starting another playthrough? This guide aims to help with that and to do it in the most efficient way.
The actual grinding
Alright, so you get to the point where you need a couple thousand or hundred kills to get this achievement. Here is what to do.

First things first, you should get Tiara to a reasonable level, the higher the better, but about 50 will suffice. Next thing on the agenda is to unlock her Maelstrom ability located under magic category.

Now, if you have access to the DLC route of Shukesoo´s Tower, it will be much easier. Can´t miss it, its the big tower in the middle of the map.

Choose the first round of the DLC route, simply because there are 6 enemies and their levels are around 20 or so, which makes it really easy.

Now once in the actual battle, just blast everything with the Maelstrom magic, it´s really awesome because it targets literally every enemy, no matter if they are out of range. If you have high enough damage, it will instant kill them, which is the whole point. The thing which really speeds it up is skipping animations, if you press Y you will skip the attack animation, and you can even skip the end game winning screen with the exp rewards and such, as well as the Tower´s Win screen.

I´ve gotten to the point where the time lapse between killing the six said enemies and the next ones after them was 6 seconds by skipping animations, so that makes 60 in a minute, 600 in 10 minutes, and 6000 in 100 minutes, that is if you can keep up the speed while doing it. Also i´ve saved the game about every 10-15 battles, because the game occasionally crashes, so keep that in mind, because losing the progress thanks to a crash is not really nice.

Also don´t forget to put Tiara solo in the party, so she can always start first, which makes it even faster.

The harder way to do this is if you don´t have the access to the DLC route, in which case, Zawaza plains is the place to go. When you use change enemies on Zawaza plains, Pixies will start spawning, and they often spawn in group of 6, especially in the last part of the map.

So basically just keep farming the Pixies with the same method as above, and use the dimensional clock to respawn them as soon as you kill them all. ( You can buy the dimensional clock for 1000 in the shop, stacks up to 30)

Hope these methods will help make your grinding faster and more efficient. Good luck getting the achievement =^.^= .

Had like 6500 kills around the end of the 4th playthrough and it took more than an hour of grinding to finally get the damn achievement

@NattyCat What the...I'm on my eight playthrough and I decided to start "farming" enemies for this achievement (thanks Sharethepain about this guide) and the most kills I did were with Apollonius with nearly 3000 and Fang under 1500). How the hell did you achieve that many kills on your FIRST playthrough and half?

Going for 200 battles with each fairy before finishing my first playthrough, I racked up more than enough kills to get this half-way through my second playthrough. Do people not farm and grind in JRPGs any more or something? :P

I did not expect anyone grinding for this achievement before even finishing all the routes, as this should be among the last achievements to get it, it´s pointless to grind it if you´ll kill more enemies in the other routes before finishing all of them, therefore it would be an overkill.

You should first finish all the other routes and get all the other achievements as this should be among the last ones to get. I was grinding this with all characters level 999, i don´t see why you would do it at level 34 and make it harder for yourself, that just seems too soon to attempt it.

When i was finishing my second route i already had all my characters about level 60, you´re just attempting it too soon, this guide is meant for speed, not farming exp.

While Lonely battle is useful, just having Tiara at level 50-60 + is enough to instant kill the enemies with her Maelstrom so equipment doesn´t really matter.

and you forgot to make her equip Lonely Battle.

also floor 15 of normal path (not DLC path) gives better exp and is weak against water which is the whole point since Tiara is water character.

I'm doing the grind just at level 34 and I'm fine. 1 cycle is worth 1.5k exp unlike the 1st floor DLC which is only 360 exp. so if you wanna grind levels this is a much better place to do it.
