I'm idiot...i didnt download DLC...I thought they will directly add to my account, like the OST. Now is OK. And I found that youi dont have to change name to access DLC

a 3.2 MB update just came out a few minutes ago for iCEY, maybe it fixed the issue you were having accessing this area.

yeah in the dlc storepage for the DLC "UCEY's Awakaning" it says something about the black star rising, it could be a hint that you also need to have beaten judas.

Yes, I definitely updated my game. Actually, I restarted a new game profile just for those English voice. In my opinion, the narrator did better in chinese, but I do love ICEY's new voice.

As for Judas... let me crack his legs again!!

Beat Judas too that could also be a requirement, did you make sure you actually updated your game? restart your steam.
