For anyone still wondering, "ailing" does in fact mean freezing, poisoning, and petrifying enemies. The key is to not trigger any other priorities, including the sidearm one. I'd recommend doing the first level, charging your sidearm with the "aggressive" attack sequence (careful not to overkill) and only use your sidearm twice.

Literally the last thing I need in this entire game is the developing priority and I cannot foe the life of me figure out what "ailing enemies" means. I've tried applying status effects to them (poison, freeze, petrify) using cores, sidearm, and the purple orbs, but that doesn't seem to be it.

For those who have issues with "manipulating enemies" - run Necropolis with three lvl 3 Speed Shards so your damage of your Terrablaster is at its minimum. Then just knockback every enemy you see (not all of them can be knocked back). If they get killed and stay in once piece, this contributes as well. Deal too much damage, and the enemies gib. This is NOT what you want since this contributes to overkilling.

I know this is really really far back, but I've got two questions if you're still around. One is; how the heck do I unlock the stability desync imbue and two is what does "ailing enemies" mean?

Thanks, did it second try. Turns out I had to be a lot further back than I expected

I was able to do ''defensive'' manoeuvre on 1st level. Recommended guns: Diffuserail, Polyhedron, Pistol... Sidearm: Pulsar. Always get as far away of the enemy as you can... If youre having to kill 2 or 3 of them closer, mix between close and mid range

How far away do you need to be to get "defensive"? I can only get deliberate

Hey, last one of the Priority styles is "Dominant - User prioritized desyncing enemies"
7stringTheory 3 Apr, 2017 @ 12:21am
