Unlock all Achievements


As you'll often see, there is an achievement for unlocking all others. My (second) last achievement was 'Death From Below', but you should get this one immediately alongside the otherwise last one.

An important thing to note is that all achievements can be completed on a single save file. After completing the story, you are still able to freely explore the map and can still find enemies at the various outposts. (Clearing an outpost doesn't stop the enemies from respawning later)

These achievements are all unlocked at the specified point in the story. Just play through it as you would.

Scout Sniper Basic Course
Complete Prologue


Ghost Hunt
Complete First Act


Enemy of my Enemy
Complete Second Act


The Castling
Complete Third Act


Endgame
Complete Fourth Act

These side events can be completed alongside the story, but it may be simpler to wait till towards the end of the game to make sure everything is unlocked. (Remember these can be done post-story)

These can be found pretty easily by their white markers on the maps. An overall list can be viewed by going to the story menu (with all the acts) and viewing the section between Act 4 and the Prologue. You can also zip over to the map from a target's entry in the list.
Bounty Hunter
Neutralize 25% the Most Wanted list in one playthrough


Deputy
Neutralize 50% targets from the Most Wanted list in one playthrough


Sheriff
Neutralize 75% targets from the Most Wanted list in one playthrough


Marshall
Neutralize 100% from the Most Wanted list in one playthrough


The side-ops are extra missions that can be found as you progress through the story. New side-ops can be started at the yellow exclamation mark map markers. Some are automatically unlocked as you complete previous side-ops.

Local Hero: Dam
Complete all Side-Ops on Dam in one playthrough


Local Hero: Mining Town

Some objects found at points of interest are relics which can be collected. These can easily be found as you're searching at points of interest.
Treasure Hunter
Find 25% Collectibles in one playthrough


Archeologist
Find 50% Collectibles in one playthrough


No Stone Left Unturned
Find all Collectibles in one playthrough

I got most of these towards the end of the game. Makes it easier when you have a lot of the equipment unlocked.

You Can Run But You Can't Hide
Kill an Enemy with a Sniper Rifle shooting through a wall


Get one of the 50 caliber rifles (check the ammo type is .50) and line up a shot with an enemy behind a thin wall. You can shoot through a lot of different materials. For example, I shot someone through a watchtower guard rail.

The White Death
Kill 20 Enemy Snipers in one playthrough


An Sniper is one of the enemy types. Snipers have a crosshair icon and can generally spot you from longer distances. Their icon appears as they're spotting you. Check roofs and high areas.

Assassin
Do 25 Stealth kills in one playthrough


Stealth kills mean silently killing an enemy by sneaking up behind them and pressing the prompt.

Third Degree
Do 15 interrogations in one playthrough


Similar to the previous achievement, when you're silent and close behind an enemy you have the option to interrogate them, which gives you some information about the current area.

Death From Above
Kill 20 Enemies from above in one playthrough


Simply land on an enemy from above and you'll automatically perform a death from above kill. A common place to farm this is the closest outpost to the base in Mining Town. If you haven't completed Act 1 of the story, there's a good spot for farming this as outlined in this guide:

Turn On the Wipers
Kill 25 Enemies while driving in one playthrough


Enemies die instantly when hit by a car. Pretty easy to just drive through a few outposts, running people over. Remember that progress for this remains saved if you die.

Marksman
Do a headshot from 500 meters using scope 10x


I simply equipped a 10x scope to my rifle while exploring some remaining points of interest. If you can line up an enemy and walk away to a 500 meter distance you're golden. Might take some practice though. If you're having trouble, check out this guide:

Triple Kill
Kill 3 Enemies with 1 bullet

Point Blank
Do a short distance Sniper Rifle kill


For this to count, you need to be close enough that the prompts to do a stealth kill or interrogation appear. Then simply shoot him with your sniper rifle.

Long Shot
Kill an Enemy from a 500 meters distance.


Read up on the 'Marksman' achievement a few back up.

Death From Below
Kill 5 Enemies from below in one playthrough


Similar to 'Death From Above', but a kill while hanging from a ledge. Can be farmed at the same location too. This was my last achievement, and I never actually did one of these before going for this achievement.

Make sure to check the stats menu in your journal to see the progress of a lot of these achievements.

Sharpshooter
Unlock all Primary Weapons


These are your sniper rifles. Some are unlocked throughout the story and side-ops, and some can be found at points of interest.

Trooper
Unlock all Secondary Weapons


Mostly unlocked by completing various missions and some may be found at points of interest.

Gunslinger
Own all Sidearms


This is the only achievements I had trouble unlocking, despite owning all the items specified as sidearms in the Weapons Cache. People who have had trouble with this achievement offer a few different requirements. For me, I had to unlock all Primary and Secondary weapons and restart the game. Seems like it unlocks eventually, but the exact requirements aren't totally clear.


Survivalist
Hunt and collect 150 Organic Samples in one playthrough


Organic Samples are collected by harvesting dead animals. Go hunting for some deer and make sure you harvest the bodies of wolves that attack you.

Curiosity Killed the Cat
Distract 30 Enemies with Luring Bullet in one playthrough


Purchase or craft luring bullets at base. As long as you aren't too close to an enemy (so they don't hear the shot), a bullet shot near an enemy will make them walk towards that spot. Multiple enemies can be lured with a single shot.

Mark the Prey
Tag 30 Enemies with Tagging Bullets in one playthrough


Purchase or craft tagging bullets back at base. You can only hold 5 of these at once, but a single bullet can tag multiple enemies, even through walls. Don't shoot enemies directly (and try to avoid looking at them for the automatic spotting).

Drone Warfare
Unlock all Drone modules


Drone mods are purchased in the weapons cache. The mods themselves need to be unlocked by completing missions and side-ops.

Voyeur
Tag 10 Enemies with the CCTV in one playthrough


At some locations you will come across panels you can access which allows you to control CCTV cameras (you do this in the prologue)

Bullet Sponge
Survive 500 hits in one playthrough


I got this without trying. If you still need this by the end, just keep going to an outpost to get shot at by enemies there.

Treasure Island
Open the Loot Box on the island


You'll probably go here while searching at other points of interest, but it's north-east of your base in Mining Town near the top of the lake. You'll get this achievement when you open

These achievements all require you to travel different distances in different ways. Remember to check your progress by going to the stats page in your journal. I personally didn't have to farm for any of these.
Aerial Recon
Fly 5 km with your Drone in one playthrough


Crab Walk
Move 1 km crouching in one playthrough


Pheidippides
Run 10 km in one playthrough


Environmentally Unfriendly
Drive 100 km in one playthrough


Shot Down
Drone destroyed by Enemies


Super easy. Just go to an outpost, send your drone out and hang around an enemy till he shoots it down.

Blown Up
Drone destroyed by Traps


When you come across a mine-field, instead of disarming it just send out your drone and hover right over a mine. Doesn't count for your own placed mines.

Manual Labor
Use Crafting for the first time


Crafting is done back at base using various materials throughout the world.

DIY Enthusiast
Craft item from each category at least once


Same menu as the previous achievement but just craft at least one of each item. You should get enough materials for them all fairly early on.

There have been reports of this achievement being broken for a while! Let me know if any of you are able to get it and I'll remove this note. In the meantime, keep an eye on the Steam Forums and posts like this: https://cs2bus.com/app/368070/discussions/0/1353742967816999997/

The following achievements are for completing points of interest over the three areas. A point of interest is 'completed' when the marked objects have been searched or taken. While the most you directly need for the achievements is 20, I ended up completing them all (around 150) for all the various collectables and weapon unlocks.
Hiker
