So I've been checking online to see if the prices for items were posted and I didn't find the information so I decided to do it myself. I basically been writting the prices of items for their buy/sell each time I've been to a gas station, in order to know when to sell my items for the most profit, here's the data on the price's extremes. I will update with new information as I or others find it.

I've also added my guidelines and some tips at the end. Using this method I've maxed out my car, my storage unit and still have a few thousands in my wallet to waste by repainting my car all the time.

Cigarettes

Buy :
-Low : 5.20
-High : 20.50

Sell :
-Low : 2.60
-High : 29.70

I sell cigarettes starting at 20.00 . I always have at least 12 cigarettes in my trunk.You should concider buying cigarettes, don't forget to read the newspaper in the motel before leaving,but you might not be able to restock on cigarettes cheaply like with meat and meds.


Coffee

Buy :
-Low : 0.90
-High : 3.70

Sell :
-Low : 0.90
-High : 3.70

I sell coffee at 1.50 and above. Coffee isn't a great way to make money and should be only taken from boxes.

Fabric(stoff)

Buy :
-Low : 0.30
-High : 1.50

Sell :

Fabric is a waste of space, literally everything will give you a better profit, so leaving fabric on the ground to make space is always the best option. Only pick up fabric from boxes to fill up any remaining holes.

Meat

Buy :

-Low : 0.90
-High : 10.40

Meat is the first item that you should concider buying. You can easily make a better profit than with coffee. Always read the newspaper in the motel before leaving, because it will often tell you about raised prices for meat and you will be more often than not able to buy all the stock on the cheap in the city.

Meds

Buy :

Just like with meat, meds are a great way to make a profit. I buy at 13.00 and less and will sell back at 23.00 +.Don't forget to read the newspaper because just like meat, most often than not you will find cheap meds before crossing the border.

Wine

Wine is the best way to make a profit, but it's the slowest and most likely the most fustrating one.Concider that your business is in meat and meds, wine is just a side thing for extra cash . I start selling my wine at 80.00+ because you will find that higher prices are very rare and that most of the time when you hit the 109.00 jackpot you will be able to sell only 1 or 2 bottles.By selling at 80.00+( about 4 to 6 bottles before hitting gas station's cap money) you will be able to sell wine more often and will still be able to make a big stockpile. I keep 6 bottles of wine in my car at all times and I've got over 50 stashed away. Also, when you are in a 109.00 wine zone, most boxes will be wine, which means you will never need more than the 6 wine bottles you took with you before leaving.

Once you get to Hungary you can basically buy a full storage of wine and sell it at any price for a lot of money and the game kinda changes from selling mostly commodities for a small profit to simply filling up your storage with cheap wine and selling it at the closest gas station. Rinse and repeat for unlimitted money.

Some tips I can think to maximise profit :

- Use the baskets at the gas stations' door. You can pick all 3 baskets and fill them with items and then pick up the basket.You can fill a basket with 12 stackable items ( coffee, fabric, meat, meds) or 6 double items ( oil bottles, water bottles , wine), but cannot hold large items ( items taking 6 spaces : repair kits, gas cannister, decals) or tools. You can place the baskets on your car, taking 9 spaces and letting you fill the same 12 stackable inside ( effectively losing 3 spaces ). Those baskets can be brought back home and left in your storage. I personally keep 1 basket in my storage to make restocking faster, but do not carry one in my car.

- Boxes can be picked up from inside the car, letting you carry 3 items/boxes in your hands while driving. You can also let go of the items, which will then be trapped inside the car.Once trapped , the boxes will freely move arround and might pass through your head, letting you see and pick up items from inside them withtout unlocking them ( a way to cheat and not be forced to buy a crowbar or to simply know if a box is worth taking with you or leaving on the side of the road). You can carry as many closed boxed or loose items in you car that way. Items and some boxes will fall out of the car if the car is flipped on the side. You can use the last tip and fill a basket before leaving it loose inside the car, effectively creating extra 6 double spaces of storage per basket.

-Always take the longest route, because there's more boxes in those routes and you will make 100% of profit from looted items. To build up your stocks, especially when you begin the game, you can take the longest route and Return Home with the items picked up if your car breaks down before finishing the journey.This lets you " abuse " your car by not taking care of it and filling it with items to sell and saving space on extra gas/tools untill you can afford/find better parts and finish the journey without the need for extra gas/tools.
