Do not let him damage himself with his rockets, instead you need to break the covers on the front of the legs and then hit the leg that's still on the ground during his stomp.

LU-74 Firebug

You need to destroy all the legs before killing the boss.

You need to kill Big Sister with at least 2 or more wielding torch still intact.

The Mini-Boss will respawn so you can farm all the Bloodied Proteus set off of him.

The Black Cerberus

MG Judge v2.0 - Heavy Duty - confirmed
You need to rip off his Right Arm.

Bonus - full Black Cerberus set in 1 fight

To receive the full Black Cerberus Armor in one go, make sure the two giant white canisters (no confirmation that just destroying 1 canister works, I'd destroy both to be sure) with Online have been destroyed by the summoned PAX ( instead of shooting a salve of missiles like the first encounter, this PAX will shoot 3 single missiles, stand in front of the cannisters and dodge before impact). This will also stop BC from spawning more PAXes during the fight. You are able to destroy both canisters with a single PAX. When you rip off the Right Arm at the end of the fight, all the pieces will unlock.

Black Cerberus Update: If only one white canister is destroyed, the one closer to elevator gives body+head. If only the other one next to where BC spawns is destroyed, it gives legs+arm

It is possible to get all Black Cerberus armor pieces after destroying both canisters, but fail to get Judge 2.0 (I did perform the finisher, just targeting was bad).

for the people who keep asking about the firebug. after it goes into its second phase and starts flying there are still 3 legs attached target those, break em, then kill the boss. from what I've seen he will keep 2 facing you and 1 at his back. slide attacks work really well for the back leg since it gets you under and behind him

I cut all the lower legs and didn't get it. I guess I was also supposed to cut the 2 upper legs (which I considered to be arms lol).

the firebug has 3 attacks: a twisitng motion while trying to ram you, burn you with the afterburner, or hit you with the closest leg; when the leg is extended, you hit it 'till it falls off

during the second phase you need to bait the remaining arms by being in their range, and the attack is a bit more dangerous, but is still the same procedure

For getting full black cerberus set it's not enough to destroy canisters. For getting the gloves you need to cut the boss hand.
