This guide will only show stats given by the highest level chips. (Currently Ultimate)

I used the methods outlined in Effective Chip Trading to get all the chips required. As far as I know there is no guide on the best way to gain chips currently, so for now I recommend playing missions and opening containers as you pass them by. Each section will also contain the trait of the character and how that trait affects their stats above all of the builds. Pets will not be included in this guide, but are definitely worth the bonus stats (Assuming the stats even work properly) if you can be bothered caring for them. If you don't care about that, just pick one that you like.

The placement of the chips does not matter unless they are linked slots or boosted slots. I will try to keep the chip's placement organized.

In my opinion this is the true all-rounder. I didn't run into many hacking crates but every one I did run into during the playthrough was able to be opened, so this may be a character you would want to pick up early on.
