- Kaiser Kattail is now back from playing Lethal Company. The Katzenartig Imperium is therefore re-enabled.
- The Flusio-Arcology's science district has been merged into its housing district due to the UI's inability to display more than 4 districts.
- Everything else works as usual.

- Wilderness is now allowed to get the ringworld tech, but via a tech swap. No actual rings for them.
- Other habitables have been disabled for wilderness
- Fixed supertensile jobs and several modifiers
- Big internal reordering of resources, the Universal Resource Patch may not properly show gigas resources until it gets updated (though that's usually pretty fast)
- Megas now properly cost food when using a bio ship set
- Moons/planets/systemcraft/asteroid artillery/maginot don't implode themselves when using bioships
- Removed no-longer-used habitat orbitals
- Changed high density scaling to no longer totally wreck you by expecting 100x fewer pops - it still needs going over properly to update it for new jobs and bonuses, but won't be crazy overtuned any more.

- Traditions should now be properly updated to 4.0
- Iodizium buildings and jobs should work properly
- Scrap miners are replaced with normal miners while we sort out other job related things
- Terraform platform path potentials should be fixed properly if playing with any capped terraforming megas
- Vat is now available to biogenesis ascensions not just the generic one from utopia
- Terraforming megas are blocked on Keides' planets
- Planetary defense nexus now generates 100x less armies than before
- Bombardments actually kill people now
- Deep space citadels can have qnm reactors
- Meopa will no longer be guaranteed to spawn (mfer is like herobrine im telling you)
- Anything broken related to leader trait adding is now fixed
- Fixed a bunch of modifiers and pop values for 4.0
- Fixed some achievements not firing
- Buttom ui updated to vanilla

- Fixed grand archive unable to be built
- Fixed orbital ring unable to be built
- Fixed other pop count related things
- Fixed eco category related things (pops should get proper modifiers now)
- Biogenesis rooms should be selectable again
- Fixed city districts being free
- Fixed Equatorial Shipyard start buildings giving too few jobs
- Fixed tech prereqs so they include bioships
