Small mod compatibility improvements (armor mod slots, UI nav help)

Added option to go to the weapon upgrade screen when pressing X on controller and selection is on primary weapon (thanks to kdm2k6)

Added a feature for LWOTC / Community Promotion screen to be used instead of the hero promotion screen when clicking the AP button

Fixed a bug where clicking the promote button would keep the camera in the armory after returning to squad select

Seed the code with hooks for mods to use.

Cleanup quite a bit of navigation code.

Added compatibility with the Community Highlander's Item Slots feature. This should make the WotC Vest Slot mod work.
