Fixed a visual artifact on the gasmask, underneath the intake valves

Dropped 3 new items.
-Reinforced helmet
-Active earmuffs
-Old world gasmask

Also lengthened the powered collar prop. It should now properly fit skirmishers

- Helmets allow for lower faceprops (as per request)
- Sword offsets fixed for Apex predator
- Female Apex predator body received a few minor touchups fixes modelwise
- Added Powered collar lower faceprop, designed only for use with T3 armors, so it cuts off pretty early (looks silly with kevlar and plated armor)
