- Added config to not remove weapon upgrades on named weapons
- Added config to remove weapon upgrades on other slots than primary weapon

- Added ability to remove PCS if interchangable upgrade is researched and you have no spare PCS
- Added disabled buttons and error messages if relevant breakthrough is not researched.
