Adjusted some textures in an attempt at bringing down the size of this addon.

Adjusted weapons to make them correctly work with the Default Clips convar. Also adjusted some textures, hopefully making Linux servers download the addon without problems.

Gixed the setweaponholdtype bullshit, and prepared for the getnetsorkedX in the future. Also re-wrote some blacklisting stuff for the future relase of the administration module.
