Consolidated item/recipe ids, fixed some blueprints to use new building rules (they're data only now so they shouldn't break again in the future).

*Added a wedge piece for the walkway.

*Short mason lines can now snap at more angles. Due to the way sockets work, they can end up at weird 30 degree angles, so be aware.

*Added a diagonal support for walkways attached to walls

*Added a 2 block long mason line to reduce dismantle spam, or just to use for decoration.

*Mason lines now stack on each other, and the stake meshes have been changed to match walkway poles.

*Tweaked repair costs on mason lines to hopefully give back enough mats to remake them.

*Adjusted stair mesh to line up with walkways a little better.
