Sorry for two updates so close!
-Added model, material, and sound files for CSS knife. Should no longer depend on any game!

-Added model and material files for EP2 gnome... Should no longer be EP2 dependant.

-Lowered gnome's teleport height to 0 (Should stop falling when he teleports.)
-Moved gnome's knife to his right hand (should look better if you're somehow seeing him holding a knife.)
-Fixed thumbnail

Should have quicker cooldowns of doing his things.
