I've fixed a bug that prevented ships from leaving certain ports. I also made the AI more aggressive so it will be less likely to freeze mid-campaign.

I've added the following 45 new regions:
Akumi, Asake, Ashikaga, Aso, East Nagato, Gamagori, Gyoda, Hidaka, Isawa, Kaito, Kano, Katsushika, Kubota, Matsuura, Nagato, Namioka, Nasu, Ninohe, Nishikambara, Nishimuro, Nisshin, Nitta, North Hida, North Kawachi, North Tamba, North Tango, Numata, Ogachi, Okitama, Oshika, Santo, Shiwa, Sofu, South Kawachi, Suzuka, Takaichi, Tono, Totomi, Tsuchiura, Tsuga, Ukena, Waga, West Totomi, Yoshino, and Yuri.

Added the following 55 new factions:
Akechi, Akizuki, Asahina, Aso, Asonuma, Atagi, Bishu Hatakeyama, Chiba, Daihoji, Ema, Hachisuka, Hatakeyama, Hienuki, Oda (Hitachi), Honjo, Horiuchi, Ido, Isshiki, Utsunomiya (Iyo), Kamachi, Kanbe, Kasai, Kikuchi, Kimotsuki, Ashikaga (Koga), Shiba, Li, Matsunaga, Matsura, Nagao, Namioka, Naoe, Narita, Nasu, Nikaho, Noto Hatakeyama, Numata, Ochi, Onodera, Osaki, Saika, Saionji, Sano, Seki, Shibata, Sugi, Suwa, Takanashi, Tamaki, Tamura, Naito, Tanegashima, Tsuchimochi, Udono, Yoshimi, Yura, and Yusa.

I've halved the movement of armies, agents, and ships to reduce how long the AI's turn takes; and to prevent the player and AI from taking too many nearby regions.

I've added the following 15 new regions:
North Higo, Yodo, West Etchu, Takashima, Takato, Chikuma, Kiso, Iwamura, Inuyama, Yuki, Iwase, Shirakawa, Numata, Ishida, and West Harima.

Added the following 14 new factions:
Ogasawara, Takato, Shiina, Hosokawa, Shirakawa, Yuki, Toyama, Asano, Ishida, Kobayakawa, Nikaido, Ukita, Sue, and Kuroda.

As the number of regions has been increased by over 50% (65 to 104) I decided to increase the victory conditions by 50%. I also wanted to increase the number of turns per season to 2 but the season stopped working correctly. So I had to increase it to 3 turns per season (12 turns per year).

I also managed to get the roads to appear correctly in all the new regions.
