update from jarik script code
now wallguns that have more then 2 models (vapr and icr) can buy ammo from wall.
It all works now.

Fixed icr mastercraft not appearing

added rampage_mastercraft
added swordfish_mastercraft
added icr7_mastercraft_01
so icr7 now just as vapr has a 2 camo unlock

final stage for icr and vapr wont let you buy ammo, but that will be fixed this week.
