Altered BLU hat color to be match the palette better. Also altered the position of the medic's hat so it sits better on his head.

Also altered the phong Exponent/Boost values so it's slightly less shiny now.

Removed the Headphones group from scout which was a mistake from a previous update, also altered normals to be slightly less conflicting with the texture.
