Rebuilt the mod to attempt fixing a reported issue.

- Added 4 new tintable Android masks as both headgear and upper face prop options.
- Changed the existing Android mask with clearer textures.

- Rebuild mod to attempt fixing a rare save game crashing issue reported by a user.

- Reupload the cooked asset update.
- This update uses a new mod ID "ModularAnarchyChildren" instead of the previous "ModularAC" because the cooking process uses this mod project name and creating a mod ID after the same project name. So just ignore the warning.

- Revert back to previous version as a temporary fix.

- Cooked the assets to reduce file size.

Added 4 new shoulder decos for all XCOM armors.

Implemented Highlander's localization feature, the Add Part Names mod will not be needed with the Highlander installed.

Made some corrections on the new update.
