- Temporarily removed the ability to disable individual weapons*

*This was allowing players to turn off their ability to buy weapons. Only the server should be allowed to do this.

- Corrected "SG552" to "SG 552"
- Added the ability to disable individual weapons*
- Added missing silencer to the Silenced M4A1's viewmodel
- Smoothed out Pump shotgun's reload animation
- Added missing reload sounds to the USP and MP7
- Added the SG 550

*This has been temporarily removed, as it allowed players to turn off their ability to buy weapons. Only the server should be allowed to do this.

- Fixed Jihad error preventing the explosion sound from playing
- Moved weapon scripts back into terrortown folder*
- AK47 - Lowered clip size to 30 - Slightly increased cone size
- Silenced M4A1 - Slightly increased cone size
- P90 - Slightly decreased fire rate
- Misc code cleanup

*A bug in Gmod prevented this from working before, so I had to work around it. That bug was fixed back in April 2016, but I just now noticed.

- Changed force download script to use the Workshop instead of FastDL
- Fixed weapons not spawning when downloaded to server via Workshop*

*You no longer have to extract the addon using gmad! Just subscribe and you're ready to go :D
