- Perfect Plan now additionally includes the Quick Feet ability.

- One new ability: Licence To Kill. Grants a different shooting ability based on the category of the soldier's equipped primary weapon: Squadsight and Compensation for Sniper Rifles, Maim for Shotguns, and Walk Fire for SMGs. (Let me know if Licence To Kill isn't giving both Squadsight AND Compensation to Sniper Rifle users.)

- Beatdown's cooldown is now open to config. Default value is still 3.

- One new ability: Beat Up. Removes the cooldown from Beatdown entirely.

- Fixed the list of affected abilities for Sawbones. The action economy aspect of it should function properly now.

- Raging Bull's base cooldown value has gone from 1 to 2 (so there's one turn of downtime between uses, like an Arc Thrower's Stun). This cooldown still won't kick in on a miss.

- Bullfighter no longer reduces Raging Bull's cooldown.

Localizations have been tweaked to reflect these changes.
