Fixed a very weird bug when an item didn't have an item name. (I don't understand how either)

-Crewmembers damage scaling tries to level itself at 100%, and now gets the damage bonus from your equipped armor.

-Made base NPC energy now 20.
-Crewmembers now have base 100 energy.
-Fixed sometimes the secondary weapon not appearing equipped.
-Augments are updated quicker, effect lasts for 45 seconds, (If you are wondering why sometimes stats fluctuate, it's because it sometimes stacks, but this change makes it so that you can hot-swap augments for them)
-Hopefully fixed constant-swapping on most crew-members, Elithian Races and FU taken into account.
