Mod renamed from Defensive Items Overhaul to Vest and Plating Overhaul.

Vests no longer grant Ablative HP bonus.
This mod no longer makes changes to HP granted by XCOM armor, and does not change how weapon Ablative HP interacts with Armor.
This mod no longer makes Poison ignore Ablative HP.

Nanoscale Vest now provides Crit Immunity and increased bleedout chance, making it a better competitor to other vests.
