-Fixed up the sequence of a HECU commander getting mauled by zombies in the rocket silo - it is now achieved by a choreo scene instead of a simple ambient_generic and should properly play the unmasked version of his "dialogue".

-Fixed the custodian NPC showing up as an error model
-Fixed vent headcrabs not waking if the player shot the nearby tripmines without setting off the headcrab's drop trigger

--- Changed lighting in the track control area
--- Replaced regular light entities used for flickering lights with dynamic lights
--- Restored area portals across the map
--- Replaced bullsquid that ambushes the player at the track control room with a Melee bullsquid
--- Cut down on the number of ambient_generics to (hopefully) fix sounds cutting out
