BUGFIX: Fixed some code that could make mod-added resources appear twice if given direct ScreensToApply in the config, that were also part of the 'default' resource-showing screens.

MAJOR UPDATE: Completely reworked the code to make this run from config entries. Extensive default config created - moving all my hardcoded settings into toggleable defaults.
As a config driven mod this should make it easier for other mods/modders to extend the functionality to more screens in the future without me having to directly update this mod.

Due to running from config now it may take an extra 0.00005 seconds for the bar to figure out what it should be doing. If you notice a slight lag, be patient with it whilst it catches up.

UPDATE: Small update to accomodate the Filtered Build Menu mod adding a new screen name for its engineering build menu. This screen should now display the Standardised Resource Bar from this mod (including mod-added items)

UPDATE: Just a small update to bring some good old config options to this mod.. for use by other modders (and Not-Modders !) to add stuff easily to the resource bar. Examples provided in the config and readme.

BUGFIX: Changed the event listener priority to not override the Crew Size information given by Covert infiltration so this now works better with CI ...

.. however, if you are running this and CI and Force Level display the bar gets very crowded on the Geoscape. Thankfully CI already has an MCM option to not show CrewSize on the geoscape, which makes everything work out nicely again :)

FEATURE UPDATE: Now has a config editable list for including mod added resources into the bar, as some people may find this easier than using the CHL hook themselves.
