New weapon: Cut DOOM Eternal Pistol.
Fixed some bugs.

Complete particle effect revamp, using SNPC Particle Resource Pack. Upcoming DOOM NPC Pack also uses it.
New 3d meathook for 1st person view.
Some balance improvements.
