Added option to display all spec descriptions in class promotion UI instead of just primary.

Added option to unlock photobooth poses for all the classes, more variety, on by default.
Got rid of the old bundled DSL, use the Rusty Redux instead.
Some small fixes that have piled up over time.

Added more information to the GTS UI, so its easier to differentiate between class combinations. Some of the code was borrowed from TacticalUI KillCounter mod https://github.com/Luminger/xcom2-killcounter/blob/master/KillCounter/Src/KillCounter/Classes/KillCounter_Utils.uc#L168

Moved class localization to a localization file so now the mod can be localized if someone wishes to do such things.

Slight tweaks to a couple of perks.

Added option to declare specializations incompatible with each other, so you can restrict which combinations are possible.

Moved OW related perks from Infantry to Sentinel, who knows why they were there to begin with...

Fixed an edge case with Hero guns not being available when played with Covert Infiltration.

Made late game abilities cost more AP, no longer can you get the other Brigadier rank perks cheaply.

Made perk changes to some of the less useful specializations and to make the early ranks have more competitive perks. The design doc is a bit out of date.

Verified everything still works with Community Promotion Screen and switched the dependency to that, you can still use NPSBD if you for whatever reason so prefer, though this may change in the future.

Made "Death From Above" only trigger once per turn. This was the behaviour in LW2 and combined with snap shot it's no longer a better serial.

Made hero weapon schematics available without recruiting heroes.
