Bug fix update:
-Berserkers and Sadists should now be more likely to maim their opponents, and Compassionate warriors less likely,, as intended.
-Fixed a bug where victors in certain situations were not getting a chance to level up their Prowess or the Blademaster trait.
-Incorporated the bug fixes to vanilla single combat events from Agamidae's "Bug Fix: Duel Injury Bonus" mod, which would otherwise be incompatible with this one.

-Updated to fix a bug that would permanently disable battlefield duels for a character that declined one.
-Increased base rate of battlefield duel losers yielding, and of AI battlefield duel victors choosing to capture their opponents.

-disabled reporting Prowess/Blademaster gains in battlefield duel resolution events/messages because I could not get them to stop lying (the effect is a random chance and the tooltips reporting that it occured when it did not, and vice versa.)
-added checks to prevent knights/commanders that have already been killed from being targeted for battlefield duels, because this isn't the Warcraft mod.
-lieges that lose in tribal combat challenges now get claims on the title they lost. Training montage music not included.

-Removed last of the partial/selective event overrides to try and prevent startup crashes.

-implemented provisional/partial compatibility with Prisoners of War. If you aren't using that mod, nothing will change.
NOTE: prisoners captured by AI knights who are themselves landed (so they take their own prisoners) may not work properly with the PoW mod's system, I am testing a fix.

-hopefully fixed the weird crashes on startup
-slightly reduced the base deadliness of single combats
-fixed functionality to hand off prisoners worth warscore to the warleader
-allowed commanders leading from the front to become berserkers outside SC, like knights can

-reduced the base frequency of single combats,
-tweaked the weighting for the AI in the choice event (particularly when it comes to prisoners with ransom value)
-made the AI respect the Deadliness game rule setting in the choice event - that is, they are more/less likely to, or blocked from, kill yielded opponents if the Deadliness game rule is changed from default.
