Version 3.2 Update 1
Oathbreakers - Vassals who hate their liege can attempt to betray them during a war, becoming oathbreakers, a punishable offense.

Vassal Aggression - A liege can ask a vassal to stop one of their offensive wars in exchange for some form of compensation.

Men-at-Arms Reinforcement Rate - Men-at-Arms regiments replenish at a rate of 7.5% per month instead of 10%, which makes casualties more impactful.

Tax Contribution - The percentage of gold that vassals provide to their liege is reduced by a multiplier of 10% to 95%, depending on your game rule setting.

Opinion penalties for going over the duchy limit has been increased from -15 to -20 per duchy, making it harder for a liege to consolidate power over their entire realm.

Rebalanced some lifestyle perks to fit better with the mod balance.
Chivalric Dominance: Knight Effectiveness reduced from +75% to +50%.
Living off the Land: Supply Capacity reduced from +200% to +100%.

Reduced the maximum number of adventurers on the map at a time, greatly improving performance.

Version 3.1 Update 3
Gave the AI a 25% build cost reduction as part of the Challenging AI game rule, which helps them build higher quality structures.

Several character interactions will no longer display an Influence option if you do not have the administrative government.

Version 3.1 Update 2
In an administrative realm, vassals can no longer be forced to join a faction using Influence if their opinion of their liege is +25 or above.

This should fix the issue where admin realms have many faction members with negative commitments to the faction and positive opinions of their liege.

Conqueror trait inheritance now defaults to none rather than primary heir only, to reduce AI blobbing.

Version 3.1 Update 1
Game rules can now be changed mid-save by opening the game rules menu in-game. Some game rules may require reloading the save for the changes to apply.

Fatal Casualties - The number of fatal casualties in combat is increased by a multiplier of 10%, making battles more deadly.

Max Combat Roll - The max combat roll for advantage is increased by 1, adding more uncertainty to battles.

Siege Effectiveness - The siege progress value for siege weapons is increased by 10%, speeding up sieges significantly.

Innovation Speed - The base cultural fascination chance is increased by 10%, allowing for quicker progression through the eras.

Supply Limit - The base supply limit in provinces is increased by 1000, allowing for larger stacks of armies per province.

Supply Duration - The duration of army supplies is increased by 10%, letting armies last longer before resupplying.

Army Speed - The speed of army movement on land is reduced by 10%, making military campaigns more costly and strategic.

Naval Speed - The speed of army movement in water is reduced by 10%, adding further downsides to naval travel.

All previously added game rules have been updated to allow for increments of 10%. For example, Levy Size can now be reduced by 10%/20%/30% instead of 25%/50%/75%.

Adjustment: Reduced the damage multiplier for each unit of advantage in a battle from 10% (vanilla value) to 5% (modded value) for balance.

Fix: Crown Loyalist faction should no longer conflict with the "Support Faction" adventurer contract.

New Game Rule: Men-at-Arms Size - The max size of Men-at-Arms regiments is increased by 1/2/3/4/5, allowing more soldiers to be stationed in a domain.

New Game Rule: Men-at-Arms Limit - The number of Men-at-Arms recruitment slots is increased by 1/2/3/4/5, creating larger professional armies.

Adjustment: Improved MIV's performance impact, especially in the late game.

New Game Rule: Knight Effectiveness - The effectiveness of knights is reduced by 25%/50%/75%/100%, lowering their damage to levies and MAA in combat.

New Game Rule: Domain Tax - Gold income from holdings is reduced by a factor of 25%/50%/75%/100%, making it harder to generate revenue.

Adjustment: Hard Difficulty will now reduce your domain limit by 1, in addition to the other penalties.

Adjustment: Levy Contribution game rule will no longer reduce levies from baron-tier vassals, instead, it only affects counts and up.

New Game Rule: Hard Difficulty - Your vassals are more rebellious and your domain suffers from corruption, making the game considerably harder for the player.

Adjustment: Increased the influence costs for requesting governor support and added a one-year cooldown to the character interaction.

Adjustment: Reduced some of the buffs in the Challenging AI mode, to account for AI conquerors.

New Game Rule: Imperial Armies - In an administrative realm, characters can call on the armies of other governors at the cost of influence. The influence cost scales based on the military strength of the administrative vassal.

New Game Rule: Shifting Loyalties - Vassals that join a war can be bribed to withdraw their armies in exchange for payments of gold or by leveraging a hook, though at the risk of angering their liege.

New Game Rule: Vassal Directives - Several vassal directives are unlocked for all government types if the host owns the Roads to Power DLC.

Adjustment: Allies will be less eager to join your wars and calling them is now more difficult, especially when you are the aggressor.

New Game Rule: Military Support - A liege can ask one of their direct vassals to join a war in exchange for granting them a hook.

New Game Rule: Power Blocs - Vassals can leverage their existing alliances when forming factions, promising mutual aid in the event of a civil war.

New Game Rule: House Assistance - House members can offer to join the wars of other house members, even without an alliance.

New Game Rule: Pursuit of Power - Powerful vassals will be a lot harder to satisfy, requiring careful management and strategic alliances to prevent civil wars.

Adjustment: Vassals are now much more likely to refuse a call to arms for external wars when they have nothing to gain or lose from the war.
