• Added new culture gfx to sprawl.
• New sprawl layout: walls, barracks, monastery/stables/outpost, city sprawl, farm/camp
• Removed base game code. Separated history files for provinces with new special buildings.
• Added Kefir's Sahelian, Tibetan, Chinese holding art.
• Added Uppsala temple and cathedral.

Bugfixes:
• Fixed vine material.
• Fixed "current date is above" trigger.
