Quick fix for the title_on_action file thing not being updated with a bunch of stuff that got added at some point, shouldn't break anything now. Might have to see at some point if I can add the fix without breaking stuff and casing potential compatibility issues.

Quick Hotfix

-Changed every reset_coa = yes to set_coa = (whatever the basic version) is because that actually works unlike reset_coa
-Begun the painful task of fixing the alpha channels on all of the coat of arms current in the submod, god help me
