This should fix all duplicate headwears and barbershop functionality.
Savegame compatible. It should also fix all existing characters. If you still experience a bugged character in your save game, you can manually fix him via barbershop.
Due to technical limitations you will now see two headgear categories in barbershop. When upon changing one category you experience duplicate headwear, set the other categorie to "No Headwear".
