Fixed a minor issue where sometimes the ability bar was not shown at the beginning of the turn or when the AI turn is interrupted by e.g. Skirmishers interrupt.

Now includes the functionality of "Unlimited Ability Icons", so you can disable that mod to get the ability bar fixes from this mod. Thanks -bg- for letting me integrate it!

Different method of updating the ability bar. When using 'Unlimited Ability Icons' you still get a slight improvement. Still need to disable the MCO! (Read the description)
