Update for 1.16.2 Version (Hoping that it's stable for every 1.16.*)

Notable Changes:
- The marshal task may show a longer duration but it makes the change directly ignoring the duration
- The Develop County tasks was having problems but it seems it has been solved
- The Integrate Title Tasks stills takes a little after the ending of the Task for integrating the Title correctly

Sorry for abandoning the mod in the last few months I have been working on other projects. The control increase problems have been solved.

Changes in this version:
- Resolved bug and fixes with Council Tasks.
- Obsolete files removal.

The Increase Control Task is fixed.

Updated to the last Version of the game.
There is a known issue with Increase Control Task, so this will be remove until it is fixed.
