•Now includes "angle_constraint" in the QC for the jiggle-bones. Previously if a player moved really fast, the jiggle-bones could cause the bird mesh to break in-game.

• Updated Jiggle-bone code to be less sensitive.
• Positioned hat very slightly higher to prevent clipping with some existing cosmetics like the Dead Head and Le Party Phantom
