Weight painting tweaks to hopefully fix their bums peaking through the back of their skirts in some situations.

Fixed the weird landing animation that sometimes plays.

Removed DX6/7 files that aren't needed as GMod does not support anything older than 8 and even then, 8 technically hasn't been supported for years.

Custom face normals and general normal improvements.
