Removed Chatham & Medway Assets used- included by mistake.

Update for South London & Thameslink

I know that adding Chatham assets to the route will upset some, I can only apologise for that, but I'm only doing it to improve the route. (I'm aiming to remove the Asset Pack next, but have also lessened the use of WCML Trent Valley)

* Added Beckenham Junction to Swanley & Orpington
* Added Level Crossing at Reigate (seemed an obvious one with adding Orpington)
* Replaced all Trent Valley Signal Gantries with Chatham ones
* Removed the Super Elevation at Crystal Palace (it keeps coming back)
* Fixed marker at Balcombe
* Added Quick Drive spawn points
* Removed requirement of Platform Clutter Pack (it's no longer needed)
* Possibly some other minor updates that were forgotten about.

* Moved Signals / TSS Grids at Reigate (in the wrong place) (didn't actually update... )

Minor fixes to signal links (spotted in South London to Brighton - relating to TPWS Grids (around London Bridge / Wandsworth Road)
Updates to routing for Quick Drives between London and Purley slow lines (Go Via not ticked)
Adjusted Signal V232 - so you can now go into platforms 5 to 15 from Brighton Main Line Slow

• Added Missing Siding at Battersea Park (named 1a due to another marker named 1 - reason - limiting damage to scenarios)
• Removed all remaining flashing yellow signals south of London Bridge / Victoria (it's possible to have missed some by accident, there are a lot! )
• Adjusted a couple of minor signal issues (In posts/floating) - T100 in post at East Croydon

Added missing link at London Victoria between Brighton Slow Lines and P7/8 (bad points VC232 is now a 4 Aspect LED, but doesn't have access to P5/6 - due to assets)

* Fixed Redhill Signals (Northern End of Platforms - moved to fit almost for P1-3 - 12 Car Trains)
* Scenery updates around Redhill (at least some of it)
* Oxted and Caterham Trackwork / Signals (not from this update but a few months back)

◦ Replaced almost all of the Kuju Signal Gantries South of Blackfriars (With exceptions)
◦ Updated some scenery at Barbican to Farringdon (station still to do)
◦ Updates to Reigate to Merstham area
