Support Hamlet (specifically the season clocks, boat, and moisture badges)

Overall better detection of seasons and safer checks for DST and DLC (a more helpful error message, less chance of crashing).

Fixed it so that "Max:" doesn't show on the Wetness Meter if you have it turned off
