*make the custom battle troop menu items procedurally generated from script_custom_battle_set_faction_troops by parsing the opcode structure with a state machine.
not needed, but it bothered me somehow, so I went for overkill 'simplicity'. 1k+ lines less.
*finally fix the custom quick battles, the real bug was that menus called from presentations don't self-refresh on clicks, if one goes to the main menu and back everything works as expected. but meh.
*port the 'troop upgrades should be free' and 'terrible morale' fixes from TLD, second one by CppCoder.
