as seen above, the keypad must be used and the code is 419.
you will find the keypad behind the counter if I remember correctly.

how do I escape the prison cell thing? If I suicide, the game crashes, I have tried blowing myself up, console and spawning combine to kill me but it always crashes...

I have issues when entering the prison room. When I step through the open door, it teleports me inside the prison like I was noclipping. How can I resolve this?

try noclipping up there and see if the same thing happens. Unless I could see all your addons and your specs, I couldnt identify the problem unless you told me something that luckily explained it.

crosshair is very important, make sure you hold your physics gun or something that gives you a crosshair, and stand DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF IT. If you are at an angle, it may register the wrong number when you hit E.

to open the secret door u need the expanded context menu or something else end hold c and right click the door and click the option unlock

I am not talking about the plane in the sky, the plane everyone is talking about is supposed to be in the garage all the time. the plane in the sky is totally different.
