Found out you don't need to do what I did though, instead of pulling the cube onto the button like I did you can just go through and set it on there after riding the other funnel back, the other funnel's only necessary when pulling the cube back off the button .

I will say that I'm also not fond of your only option being death if you go through the portal to the funnel behind the grates though. Also not convinced that that one was required in the first place, why not just place a while tile (grated if needed) at the end of the other one?

Blindrun
Clever and fun yet simple and easy. It would have been nice though if it were easier to see the cube as it travels along the reverse funnel over the button so you’d know when to let go .

fun map, but I didnt understand the need for both funnels. Could it be possible with 1 funnel?

Nice one; required some thought.

This was easy. Just to save antlines, it is possible to duck and shoot a portal where you disable the fizzler. It is entirely possible to trap yourself in the orange funnel area that can be redirected. A grate will fix that right up.

Pretty easy. Not sure what that first orange funnel was for, though, as it seemed perfectly possible without.

After some trial and error, I figured it out. Good map. Not 100% sure if I solved it legit, though.

Too easy. Easier then a previous one.

Don't know how you keep coming up with cool stuff like this. A bit easy for my liking, but very well done as usual.

I got it, but I get the feeling it wasn't the intended solution:

I put a portal on the wall near the button and the block on the far side of the button from the portal. Stood on the button and put a button on the wall across the large pool. Went though the portal and rode the funnel back to the island with the lifts.

Then, since on portal was still on the wall facing the button and the block, put my other portal through the grate in the funnel for a second, then removed it, dropping the block on the button. This lowered the lift, so I could get on, and portal through the grate again to pull the block back off the button and raise me up.

Was able to skip the right-hand side of the puzzle by putting a portal at the furthest corner of the left wall, placing the brick hanging off the side of the pressure button, but just enough to press to lower the exit lift, then using the gated orange funnel to catch the edge of the brick to raise the exit lift.

It would be better if the funnel were not fenced in, or if there were some sort of escape route below the source of the funnel.
The Sojourner 1. nov. 2012 kl. 13:36
True, but it's incredibly annoying to have to do it manually.

You aren't technically trapped; you can kill yourself :D
The Sojourner 31. okt. 2012 kl. 23:34
Good one, although the player can get trapped by the fenced-in reversed excursion funnel.

Nice sneaky little puzzle.
