then once you get into the top room, portal the funnel to the exit button, throw the cube in there, then you're done. In this soluition, I didn't need the angled panel .

Everything's normal until you use the funnel to get up to the top room. Place a portal on the ground right next to the portal the funnel was coming up from. (Remember this has to have the cube on the button to work.) Once you go through the portal, while you go flying up try to place a portal in the same path as the cube on the button is on the wall opposite of the platform where the cube is. Now use the reverse funnel to grab the cube and put it to the platform. Portal down to there and set up the funnel in the top room. Go into the funnel with the cube, (continued)

Much less on the Portal-1-esque solving maneuvers so I was able to solve without looking up the solution. You still need those kind of maneuvers but it isn't too tricky to solve. Well done. It works really well. Love the storage area created by the grate.
