Why xcom2 detect this mod is a wotc mod ?

@DarthJor and Fox try downloading the Alternate Mod Launcher and using that instead of the vanilla launcher. It should work.

Great mod, but I have a problem. The Vanilla mod does not appear on the "vanilla" mods page, it appears in the WOTC mods section. And when I choose to play the vanilla game or with Long War 2, I'm not activated.

What I can do?

A small "bug". As mentioned before the game sees this as a WotC mod so its marked as "unsafe" or whatever. The issue is that I mark it, play the game (all is well), quit and when I want to play again - it gets unmarked. Just that one.

The helmets and face props work but the Torso,Chest and Arm don't show up. ANy idea? o got uunrestricted customization on though.

Also tried it in a loaded game and it works. Again - eyes glow white but the lamp on the war suit still glows yellow.

Just to let you know. I noticed that there seems to be no warning for the vanilla version when in WotC launcher so I decided to see what happens when I load it instead of the WotC version. Now I just tried it in character pool and it seems it works just fine. Only detail is that the glowing eyes are white instead of yellow.

Yeah unfortunately i got rid of the old SDK(not enough room for both) so i had to rebuild the mod using the new one, that said, it's the code and packages from the vanilla version so it should work perfectly fine, the launcher just sees that it was made with the new SDK and says "warning!" but it should be fine.

Ok, it does work, but the mod screen tries to say it's incompatable with the base game.
